We had an amazing family vacation. The hotel staff were amazing, the gym was nice. We never had time to use the pool or jacuzzi. The breakfast was great! 10/10 will stay again.

Location worked great for us. Hotel was clean. There was confusion about the full breakfast that we prepaid for at the beginning and we had to get Hotel manager involved to resolve it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very basic and had nothing we would eat. Instead we ordered from the breakfast menu. I would suggest not to prepay for breakfast which included “buffet” when booking as it turns out more expensive and limited than just ordering from the menu.

My stay at The Renaissance was horrible from the start unfortunately. The shuttle bus took 1 hr to pick me up from the airport. The front desk associate Natalia gave me the incorrect room and wouldn’t change it. The room was very dirty. Bathroom was unclean with hair and dirty cloth shower curtains. The employees on the night shift were unprofessional and had an attitude. The day employees were very different. Nice and professional. The night shift associates made the property seem like it’s being ran by high schoolers. The property is nice aesthetically. The rooms are overpriced. It’s not worth what you’re paying. Honestly you’re paying for the location bc it’s connected to a mall. Please save your time and don’t come here because they ruined my vacation.
