Whatever you do with other hotels and options available in Tampa, do not stay at this hotel Here are the highlights Upon checking in, we were not told that there was no heat in either in the whole entire hotel. It’s being in Florida. We had a cold snap of 36° and you could imagine how that would be an important priority management and maintenance would never be found when they were finally addressed. They provided a space heater the size of a toaster oven. The toilet were clogged for three days as well on the day check out they came to unclog the toilet, which didn’t work There was zero housekeeping sales staff kept having to ask for clean towels and kept being told there were no towels, so I had to use the same towels again for three days I’m booking the property. They fail to tell you that they are connected to a restaurant nightclub that is also owned by the quality Inn and conference center but a private individual who believes in playing music so loud till 9:30 in the morning that no matter what ring you choose, you will hear it. You also have no place to park as priority is given to the patron of the restaurant club over the priority of the guest staying in the hotel, which was booked for a private party three nights in a row. Management and staff were different condescending non-caring. I will make you feel as if you are the problem we made the mistake of staying at their hotel and then go as far as to say if you don’t like it, you should go somewhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. They did seem understaffed the day that I was there and it took up while to get checked in. They seem to have a nightclub or bar entrance in the front area which did make it feel a little shady. But once I got back to the room and was able to see the view from the inside balcony over the pool I was put at ease. I think my experience may have been a bit worse if I had been put on the outside room though because of all the people running around at night when I arrived. The breakfast did have waffles but besides that was pretty minimal compared to others. It was clean and felt safe.

Specially chose this hotel for the on site bar restaurant. Arrived to find that it is closed FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. It is 8pm and we are searching for dinner after our long flight. The hotel does NOT meet our expectations and we are greatly inconvenienced
