First of all, we had a huge, huge spider in our room! Staff came in with a can of raid and killed the spider and sprayed raid all over the curtains and walls. But we were able to get a new room, but it was a downgrade.

The room was clean and they were accommodating to us until we asked for another fridge. Ours wasn’t Working and they were “booked” and couldn’t give us another room.
There was mold in a big spot on the ceiling in the bathroom. The were pubic Hair 9n the floor and it was dirty. The tub had slim on the floor and around the drain. The sheets were dirty and smelled like body odor. The carpet was extremely soiled and we felt like bugs were jumping on us. The night clerk was very nice and desrves a good review. The odor was horrible in the hall way leading to the room. The elevator was also scary. I have stayed in La Quits
Clean and confortable
The property was conveniently located to Moffitt and they offer a discount. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was okay and had a nice variety of pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice. The room carpeting was very stained and dirty. We wore our shoes at all times. The room furniture was old and need updating. The heating/cooling worked fine.I had requested a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower and the receipt indicated it was accessible. When I checked in I had asked if I had a roll in shower because my husband cannot get into a bathtub. She said only one room had the roll in and it was reserved.So my husband could not take a shower. They should clarify how the accessible rooms are designed. The back entrance had trash built up around the container and several people were always hanging out.
