Horrible….1-1/2 hour wait for shuttle. 2 hours to check in. Line 50-60 deep in line to check in. Made every guest wait till 3pm to check. Out the front of the hotel! No heat in room. No one came to repair. Trash overflowing in the lobby. Hotel Restaraunt closed up. Breakfast was horrible. Ran out of what little product the served. Poor.

Staff was great, the sheets, towels and floors were clean. It looked like the staff did the best with what they were given which was a bathtub full of mold, a strobing overhead light (which gave me a migraine) outdated abused furniture and an overall feeling like this a place were drug deals and prostitution happen frequently.

This hotel needs a major upgrade and surprised management hasn’t done it yet. It’s located in a prime area and has ton of potential. The room was clean but everything seemed old and in despair. Hopefully they see the potential and do something about it.
