Horrible….1-1/2 hour wait for shuttle. 2 hours to check in. Line 50-60 deep in line to check in. Made every guest wait till 3pm to check. Out the front of the hotel! No heat in room. No one came to repair. Trash overflowing in the lobby. Hotel Restaraunt closed up. Breakfast was horrible. Ran out of what little product the served. Poor.

I had to stay at this hotel for a soccer tournament because the manager of my team booked it. It was like living at a road side old hotel. The room was old with hardly any hot water. The furniture in the room was dilapidated and didn't seem clean. The breakfast was absolutely terrible with waffle makers that bately worked, horrible pre-made breakfast sandwiches and over ripened fruit. This hotel needs to be shut down or renovated immediately!!!

Frank was great in the morning but the night shift lady was not very good. Our shuttle was supposed to be booked but wasn’t after we were promised that it was done. Thankfully Frank saved our bacon. More lights are needed in the complex as it’s very dark at night.

Front desk when check seemed like she didn't want to be there. Then she charged not only for the deposit but she charged for the room that I already paid for 3rd party. The gentleman in the morning refunded it, but then got another charged for the room and the charge that we were supposed to have for parking. Called and left a msg for the mgr. Problem was fixed but never received a call back.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The staff and manager were rude, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for guests. The room was dirty, smelly, and nothing like the photos online. Customer service was terrible — every time I asked for help, they acted like I was bothering them. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that actually values guests.
