Great location nice modern feel. This location doesn't have a rooftop bar. The websites are a little misleading. But i would definitely stay again.
Overall the room and hotel were average. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you want a quiet hotel… this is not the best option… we could here cars and traffic all night (from the 7th floor). Some noise from other rooms but it wasn’t too bad.

Booked and paid for a river side room, but they put us in street view room. A lot of noise, couldn't sleep for 2 nights.
Could not get anyone to come to the front counter to check us in. We waited about 10 minutes at the desk. Then front desk attendant showed up and never put on a mask.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing is I found the size of the room a bit small but we overlooked that. I did however have an issue with never having our room cleaned, and having to ask for towels and toilet paper twice. The staff was great, the location was convenient and I really enjoyed the pool area.

The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. This resulted in a nice ambiance.
This was the most unpleasant experience in a hotel for me. The only good experience in the Aloft Tampa were the valet staff. Bed is very uncomfortable, air conditioning in the room was not working. VERY SMALL SPACE. I have to get mad for them to help me with it. Complementary coffee was awful, only 1 bottle of water, staff at the front desk not friendly. I can be continuing, but I have no time to list all the downside of this MEDIOCRE hotel. I was in a Marriot at Hutchinson Island two weeks ago and there is nothing compare don’t even close, If anyone is reading this review thinks twice before reserve this hotel because with the price you are paying for this you can have better option next door in the Sheraton.
