Very nice property and restaurant service. Front desk good intentions but needs more training. Her response when I told her bathroom dirty was not favorable. Also I forgot my room number and when I turned around to help her she had gone to the bathroom and left all my personal info up on the screen for anyone walking by could see. When I gave her feedback she was not welcoming of it.

Excellent. Stayed 4 nights in a studio suite. Parking is on site and close. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the stay. The room was clean, quiet, very well thought out with electrical plugs everywhere. The television swivels for viewing where ever you are. Clothing hooks in mostly the right places. Comfortable furnishings. Room heating and air is easily controlled and quiet. The refrigerator worked well. The shower is large, the floor is not slippery, hot water is almost instant. Bathroom has quite exhaust fan that actually keeps up with the shower created fog. Breakfast was included each day(even on the weekend). Onsite bar staff was friendly. Only three not too negatives: The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work and one glass shower door wants to roll open by itself (stuffed a washcloth at the bottom to stop that from happening) There is only one clothing hook in the bathroom. Really a nice place would easily rank at top of hotel stays.
