Horrible experience! Lets start with the elevators not working and getting us stuck. One elevator key reader was wrapped in foil!- thats the one elevator that worked. The other one beoked down several times over the weekend. Then the room inside security lock locked on its own and we got locked out of the room. No one helped us! We had to find a string and hanger to unlock the room from the outside on our own! We called the General Manager and left voice mail and never got a call back. We were told we would get new room upgrades but that never came thru either. No bartender at the bar the entire weekend so the bar was closed. Oh the bartender was the only one who can turn on the gas firepits by the pool so those never got turned on all weekend. Promised all weekend they would make it up to us but each day was someone new who had no idea what was going on and got no passdown. Dont stay here!

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet and great location, near Steinbrenner Field & Raymond James Stadium. I would only recommend that the breakfast buffet be open longer during the week.
