Calm and cozy

The renters were great about communication and accommodations. The only thing that wasn’t clear was the laundry setup. It’s listed as an amenity but you have to use coins (pay) to use and it’s located out of the apartment and we were not prepared for that. Other than that everything was very convenient especially location to shopping, food, downtown, and the airport…loved that!

Aviator Flat

From the moment we stepped inside, it smelled of mildew and something that can only be described as a blend of despair and Raid. The walls were streaked with stains whose origins I dare not investigate and a giant cockroach greeted us as we walked in the kitchen. The floors were warped and all different levels with bug traps in every corner. The bathroom a place that should offers respite but instead felt like stepping into a gas station restroom and the shower head barely dribbled water. The host did agree to refund the rest of our stay but did charge us for one night and the 200 cleaning fee.

Good experience

This condo was as advertised. Communication with Teal door management was very easy. It is a nice condo in a quiet area. Was perfect to visit my daughter at the University of Tampa. We had some issues with the thermostat, but Teal door assisted us with instructions right away. We would stay again.
