With construction at the drive and no signage, was essentially directed into valet for $32. Then after checking in and waiting for one of three working elevators out of six, finally got to our room in the 17th floor and find out it is not the room we booked. Called the front desk and was told a security staff member would bring keys for our corrected new room. After waiting over 20 minutes I call again and was told the same thing again over the phone. I ended up walking down to the main floor desk and received keys for a new room but the message that I had called and have been waiting never got through. Then go to the bar/restaurant and after sitting at the bar for 15 minutes and never been waited on, we left and ended up eating fast food. Probably will not be back at this hotel in the future and will advise friends as well.

The room charge quoted was very different than what was charged. Also, outlr bathroom flooded and there were ants in our room. When trying to check out, it took an hour to get our car from valet, which is the only option for parking. Very disappointed with services. The location was good for what we booked for.

I like the property and had a good time, but I'm very disappointed that I didn't get the room I booked months ago which was a King. I showed the gmail for the reservation I made, but that didn't help. My wife and I was stuck in a two queen bed room, in spite of the proof of me reserving a king bed.

Excellent property and a great front desk staff at 5:15am Justin (Very Patient and helped out!!). COMPUTERS/keyboards on the other hand was extremely comical at best, it takes a special new safety feature on the wireless keyboard, yes by removing the batteries and replacing and another minute or so of secret commands that apparently only Justin was very familiar with.... yes he managed to get Both computers working and keyboards functioning correctly. 30minutes into my “quick” email attachment I was able to figure out that they are extremely sensitive and like 2g slow. I kindly suggest that these “public computers” get a good look at.. Cheers!

Great room with excellent view. Significant lobby construction. Prepare for a wait with valet car retrieval. $32 a night to park the car?

The location was great and the restaurant was outstanding, friendly staff and great amenities. We stayed on the stay well floor and highly recommend it. The gift shop was under construction which was a bit of an inconvenience a few times however the front desk provided what we needed so it worked out.

At check in, the clerk asked if a city side room was ok - he should have asked if a room on the side of the building where heavy construction starts at 6:00 a.m. was ok. The room was was well maintained and although the hotel was close to sold out, wait staff etc. were all very attentive.

Excellant place to put your head down and rest peacefully. Pricey, but location and amenities make it worth every penny.

Bathroom could have been a bit better cleaned (stranger’s hair on shower wall), but overall great.

Amazing front desk....Pool area was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Location great, I d id not want to leave!!!!

Nice modern room and extremely comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel restaurant has really good food. Wonderful location. Close to everything in the area that we were attending.

Upon arrival after a long day of travel, I was informed that the hotel was oversold and they did not have a room. It took over 20 minutes to send me to an inferior hotel and longer to arrange a Lyft to take me there. No attempt to even contact me prior to arrival so I didnt have to waste my time when I needed rest before a meeting in the morning.

Very nice place to stay. Quite clean . Close to the beach and park. Many restaurants around and many activity.

We checked in for the night for a concert. Perfect!

Beautiful hotel on the water in downtown Tampa! Loved hanging by the pool listening to music. The gym is awesome. Can walk to everything, great location!

I like the property and had a good time, but I'm very disappointed that I didn't get the room I booked months ago which was a King. I showed the gmail for the reservation I made, but that didn't help. My wife and I was stuck in a two queen bed room, in spite of the proof of me reserving a king bed.
