Staff was not motivated to work (yelled at a child to pick some garbage left in eating room, etc.) and boiled eggs were days old.
It's just ok my room for first time didn't have a small fridge and microwave I like walking to Bush Garden a plus but all room should have fridge and microwave

This property was the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The clerk felt it necessary to put us in a room right next to construction workers. We arrived after 12:45am. The people that were connected to our room woke us up at 5:45am with their liud inconsiderate behavior. God forbid he put paying customers anywhere else in the property. The room was falling apart. It was dirty. No shampoo or conditioner to use. Ridiculous. Do not waste your money on this dump!
The pressure of the shower was horrible
Room is very clean. Bathroom and vanities are modern and real clean too.
Room good. Clean Common areas on construcion not clean and desorganise.
Parking is hard to get into
Traffic can be bad at times but our gps showed how to get around it.
This is a great place to stay before cruising. Newly remodeled rooms and very friendly staff.
I was surprised by the great reviews on google. They are reconstructing the place but for the price it should have been discounted. No coffee maker inside. No fresh air window. Which appeared to be the case when I drove up to it
There was a cockroach in my bathroom
Check in was easy and quick. Went to room and opened door and was hit with stale cigarette smoke. Had to go back to front desk. Was moved to another room which was ok. Breakfast I’m the morning was very limited food and the one lady was super rude. I left and didn’t even get anything.
The bathroom in #170 was in pretty rough shape.
