A Two-Acre Private Home Centrally Located in Hillsborough County. Less than 5 Minutes from Hard Rock Casino, MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater, and Major Highways.

The Space:
Consist of 2 acres off the main road with a 1/4 acre pond. Private access with a security code gate. Property was just completely renovated and upgraded to include many extras, including an ice machine, deep freezer, insta pot, air fryer, wok, pool table, basketball court, day-at-the-beach items, WiFi TVs, etc. Master Bedroom has a private bathroom with a water closet. Includes a bistro area, full-size and well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area with 75" big screen TV. Screened in back porch and front patio sitting area with swing. Access to washer and dryer. The home is on a private driveway and it's set off the main road. It's so peaceful here at night, that you’ll think you’re in the country. RV hookup available for additional fee.

Common area includes a full size pool table, full-size kitchen, spacious living area with 75" big screen TV. Screened porch (smoking area) and front patio sitting area. Access to laundry area. Poker/game table and a bistro table next to a bay view window. Private Master Bathroom. FIOS Internet Access. Basketball Court.

Nice base for MLB spring training

We stayed here for a quick trip to check out some Tigers games during spring training. It’s pretty centrally located between Tampa and Lakeland so it worked out well for us. We were generally out and about during the day but the pool table and screened porch were great amenities to have when we returned to just hang out in the evenings.

Grammy’s 90th Birthday Celebration

My two adults sons, their families and myself stayed at this beautiful secure home. I was worried about safety and Bryan explained his property was fenced w/gate padlock. Never expected such a secluded safe place. Loved it so much we had most of my family come look because we usually get hotels when staying in Tampa. Never again if this place is available. Everything a family needs! Safe space, plenty of room and decorated very nicely! Recommend highly! Great price I might add! Thank you to our host!!
