Todo muy bien el check in perfecto muy buen trato lo peor fue en el desayuno muy mal trato por parte de la señora q atiende esa area le quito a mis hijos el desayuno de alante siendo las 10 y llegamos 9.30 pero habia linea para coger algunas cosas y llegando las 10 no nos dejo coger nada mas nos lo quito de la mano casi.Muy mala atencion solo por parte de esa señora. Por lo demas exelente..

Everything was great. Down the street from downtown Tampa.

Roaches in the Room. Bedroom noisy. You can hear next bedroom people like if thet were with you.

Hotel was very clean and professional managed. front office very helpful and act as a keen friend and family.room was very neat and clean.

When i returned to my room Saturday evening we saw two roaches crawling on the counter. When we spoke to guest services they just said they would have pest control come clean the room. I'm not one to complain but paying for a hotel and coming back to roaches isn't something I'm happy to pay for. Please reach out to the hotel. The hotel is currently under reconstruction also. Maybe the dust attracted them but our room was not clearly not clean. Thank you for reaching out to the hotel

After remolding, our room was worse than before b/c there were no curtains to keep out the light, so light came in all around the window, looking like a frame. there wasn't a phone in the room yet, so when noisy neighbors came in @ midnight, we couldn't call the front desk. My husband had to go out twice in his pajamas to complain (the first time, there wasn't anyone on duty. It is totally unacceptable to allow guests to play loud music for an hr. in the early morning (5am). The bed & pillows were comfortable, but there was only a desk chair, no easy chair, so 1 of us had to use the bed. The breakfast was so very mediocre we didn't bother to eat anything.. The new lighting in the bathroom was dimmer than before so it was difficult to put on make-up--this was the fault of the corporate designer who obviously wasn't used to staying in motels or he/she would have considered the needs of travelers..

Property was under renovation, but was much more than just an inconvenience. Our door did not work, we were let in the room by staff and never given keys. We were told that if we wanted to leave we would need to be let back in our room by staff again. The room was dirty. Very disappointed in La Quinta.

The room was excellent, but the lobby was being remodeled and it was a shambles. This is a fact and not a complaint. I would rather stay at this place while the lobby was being remodeled than drive further to another motel.

It was dirty and smelly. Left and went to a much better hotel closer to the airport for the same amount.

Room was dirty. Food on the floor and empty food containers lying around. No toilet paper in the room upon arrival.

Mattresses. I’m sorry but they are so uncomfortable and hard.

Elevator was grimey,but the pool and hot tub were great :)
