Awesome hotel. Room was ginormous. Like a 700 sq ft studio with a full kitchen. Never seen anything like it! Staff was equally excellent. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Would return in a heartbeat.
The hospitality industry is using COVID to give less service and acquire more profits. Totally unacceptable. In Europe, where COVID is also present, they clean and make the beds every day. In USA, where service should excel, they do not clean room daily. Why? Because of COVID. I am of the belief that as a result of COVID, it is very important to clean and sanitize rooms daily. We are paying same price for less service.
This suite made us feel so cozy and relaxed. It was really, really spacious, super clean, extremely quiet, and best of all, there was a blackout shade, so you could make the room nice and dark for sleeping comfort. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they made each day pleasant. A special thank you goes out to the hardworking breakfast staff because they made sure the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The breakfast offerings were awesome for a free treat too: warm oatmeal with tons of toppings, egg dishes, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, waffles, and even biscuits and gravy. We will absolutely seek out a Home2Suites whenever we travel in the future!
Overall property was great, not much to do around though. Did have to do alot of driving
Newer building in newer area. Good location, walkable for the Downtown/Ybor areas. Cleanliness was not good.
This was to be an accessible room with roll in shower which it did not have, had tub with bench that didn’t work properly.
I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly. The room was immaculate! I really enjoyed my stay.
