Beautiful condo unit with relaxing balcony views of the Bay! Loved the beach space with plenty of chairs, pool and poolside restaurant for food/drinks. Great location, was perfect for our weekend trip.

Wonderful host. Clean and great location. Would stay again! Parking no problem. 3rd floor unit overlooked water view and was perfect. Loved the 2nd bed in front room! Only recommend night stands and more draws maybe under the vanity area in front room. Bathroom fan a bit loud but beautiful decor and plenty of plugs. Otherwise, it was a great value! Thank you!

This condo was dreamy! To wake up in the morning to a water view like that instantly lowers your blood pressure. It is so calming and serene, the perfect vacation condo. It was QUIET and the beds were COMFORTABLE. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony. The coffee maker came with pods which was much appreciated (also included basic amenities like paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap - all a big bonus). Sunsets at this complex are magnificent by the pool, wow. The only improvements I would do is have a small bench (or a tiny loveseat) at the foot of the bed so there's somewhere to sit and watch tv and a second bedside table/phone shelf to hold your phone/ipad. Also the curtains are tearing at the top so they need replacing. Thank you so much for having us. LOVED Tampa and loved this building. Also, this place is walking distance to Whiskey Joes so it's super convenient for a meal/drinks and a lovely walk. Amazing sunsets on the deck at Whiskey Joes as well. SO MUCH FUN. We will definitely return. I want to go back NOW. Take me back...

This is our second time staying at the Sailport; first time in this unit. Unit was nicely updated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view was spectacular. There was an issue with the bedroom TV and the owner was very responsive. He wound up having a brand new one installed while we were there. We are likely going to the Sailport again next year and hope to stay in this unit again. I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience, I didn’t have to check-in at the front, I was able to go straight to the room and unlock the door myself with a code. Very convenient. Very clean, & beautiful views. The host responded in a timely matter. I would book again.

Someone had the genius idea of putting a bed in the living space which gives you a full view of the beach!! The unit was decorated beautifully and as a professional home stager, I appreciate it. Highly recommend. The host is very prompt with communication.

Nice vacation

Very nice vacation very nice place. Kitchen was nice. The beds were nice very clean. The only negative would be there’s no couch and they did not have a beach to where you can put your feet in the water but other than that it was perfect.

Great location for what we needed!

We came in for the weekend for a family wedding. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. We loved the swing and fire pit in the beach area, definitely an added bonus. This condo is a great close location to restaurants and shops, and was the perfect location for us to stay close to family. However, the parking situation is absolutely horrible! The listing says 2 parking spots are reserved for this particular condo, but what it should really say is first come first serve. Twice we came back to the condo after long family wedding events ready to relax and not a single parking spot was available. When we asked the gate guard where we were supposed to park, they said to keep driving around until one opens up. Seriously!! When i reached out to the host, i got no answer and no response from them until the next morning, which of course is not helpful when you have tired kids in the car with you after a long day of family events. So, other than the parking situation this condo is great! But because of the parking situation we will probably stay somewhere else next time.
