Hotel was over priced! Spent $474.00 for 2 night stay! . No complimentary breakfast, Ice machine out, parking terrible and so expensive! Valet $40 a day. The money I spent was not worth the stay or service I received! Won’t EVER stay there again.

There was a very tiny but important problem with the first room we checked into. The hotel manager was super about taking care of it and giving us a second room. They really back up their service claims!

Walking distance to University of Tampa

Stayed at this hotel while touring University of Tampa with my husband and son. Great proximity to the school. Very walkable, take advantage of distance to river walk and great restaurants. The pool is clean and refreshing. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The room was adequate. Carpet on hallways were smelly and dirty. Staff needs better customer service training. Would not book this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone either.
