Stains on floor & furniture. Needed to ask for sheets & towels even though reservation said 3 people.. No hooks for clothes in the bathroom, must put on toilet or floor. Parking in a public lot is $30 day or valet $40 plus. Garbage not removed from room during the 3 days there.

The room was outdated. Broken toilet , a/c dripping and soaking the carpet. Outlets for charging didn’t work, very loud noise from outside life, staff not being helpful. After the several days of complaints they finally switched us to another room. We wouldn’t come back.

The dresser had water rot where the fridge is stored so I was concerned about mold. $40 for valet was a surprise since the website only said valet available, not required. $50 incidental deposit also not disclosed on the website when booking the room.. I will avoid your hotel chain in the future.

The best part of our stay was the valet service. All of the gentlemen were great is whether we were using the valet service or not and they made sure if we parked on the street we paid the city fee. Very Professional and helpful!!! The room was clean and the beds comfortable but the room smelled like mold. Once the AC unit was running cooler it smelled less so, but it wasn’t where I wanted to hangout. If you need to be close to UTampa then this hotel was perfect. I was there in under two minutes and you could walk too if you wanted to. Many places to eat near by and it’s a quick walk to the waterfront and the Tampa Art museum, both are really nice stops if you have extra time. There is a pool but very small and in between buildings. More for kids to burn off energy than for adults.

was told to park in the parking garage, got towed, next day they tell us its vallet only for the garage for $40 a day 🙄 . not to mention fridge did not cool, ac barely worked in room, ice machines were just random bags of ice in a fridge in the hallway. stay next door at the residence inn.. the lobby was a total 180 experience and sad every time i walked through that i did not stay there
