a little dated carpet and tub not so nice. all in all was fine.

Property starting to show some wear and tear. Pool had a lot of leaves in it which made it look dirty. Court yard benches are starting to come apart. Valet needs a better system to control key cards, while he was retrieving cars the wind was blowing things off his station. The two computers for airline reservations only had one printer cable which had to be switched by the front desk clerk, confusing and avoidable. Cleaning staff was very cooperative and friendly. Valets good sources of info. and helpful when we were doing touch and goes.

Easy check in and front staff were awesome. Retrieval of the car takes a little longer than anticipated.

So accommodating! Arrived very early and they got our room ready right away! Staff above and beyond in their customer service- especially Angelica at the cafe!!!! We will always stay here when in Tampa

Friendly staff, great service; self-parking or valet. The hotel is accessible to various restaurants in walking distance. The courtyard area and pool are nice as well.

All staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle was such a great benefit of this hotel. However lots of restaurants and bars were in walking distance. My wife and I ran the races over the weekend and the actual starting line was in walking distance too! Overall the hotel was great but our room did not get our towels picked up or really cleaned, it wasn’t a huge inconvenience because we only stayed 2 nights and we are clean people. Next time I would call in my clean up room request.

The hotel looked well maintained from the website and exterior. Had to pay for parking which I did not notice when the reservation was made. The staff was average helpful but not that friendly. The room was average. The carpets were stained and the room smelled like a musty smell or dirty smell. It just was not what I was expecting for the money. It was not terrible but not great either.

The hotel is a standard hotel. It was clean and comfortable for travel. They did have a shuttle to take you within a 2 mile radius which was very convenient.

Amazing friendly staff. Super accommodating. They even let me check in early!

My stay was nice. Personnel was friendly. Centrally located for what trip required. Room was clean and fresh. Towels were abundant. Experienced noise from street as my room faced the pool. Nice hotel for a short term stay.

Hotel wasn't as friendly and clean as most Marriott's. When I walked in the bathroom the toilet had been used and not flushed. This was unacceptable.

My favorite part of this hotel was its proximity to the lovely downtown are in Tampa.

Only negative was the valet parking, seemed understaffed when we arrived and no one told us it was 24 hours, so when we went out at night and returned thinking valet parking closed at 11 pm, we parked in a pay lot across the street and got royally ripped off.

We stayed here the night before a cruise and it was perfect for us. Big, clean room with balcony. Pool area was nice and we used the hot tub there at night. Friendly staff. Cruise shuttle took us right to the port the next morning free of charge! Walking distance to Taps bar and wine where we had a great dinner.

I'm a huge fan of this company and when ever possible, I do my best to stay in one of their brand of Hotels. My past experiences have been above average. The level of customer services - the best in the business - always makes me feel like I'm at home. The staff is pleasant, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, trusting, and just good people. My accommodations have always been, elegant, high-end, comfortable, clean, and affordable. This company has the competitive advantage in it's industry. This is why my recent stay left me wondering if maybe I had accidentally booked with another company. While the accommodations where on par with past experiences, the level of customer services was less than desirable. And I hope this is a one time occurrence of poor customer service.

There was major construction on the main street leading to the hotel. Hotel staff did not mention this when we called ahead to ask about check-in and proximity to our event destination, which caused us a lot of trouble when we got there. I feel like a better hotel would have warned us. Furthermore, the hotel itself was undergoing construction, so there were floor fans everywhere, the main entrance had been re-routed through the dining area, and the elevators stopped running at around midnight. Bathroom fixtures had stains, although the rest of the room was nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.... I just should have paid a lot less than I did to stay there. Paid $120 including tax for a stay that was worth maybe $80.

Very nice staff. The facility and rooms were clean. Room size was disappointing.

Hotel perfectly located in Tampa downtown near to all main destination. Overall nice service including valet parking Breakfast a little pricey

This hotel was in a great central location - near the restaurant we were going to and near Busch Gardens. So, it was exactly what we wanted. There is ONLY valet parking, though. I felt like we were supposed to give a tip to the valet person every time we needed to get our car out of valet, which was strange, but they have a shuttle for anything within a 2 mile distance.

This was just a one night stay so we could attend the hockey game with friends, then party at Channelside and not worry about driving home. The hotel was very clean. The staff was VERY courteous, helpful and accommodating. We took the shuttle from the hotel to the hockey arena and then had a cab ride back to hotel because it was after shuttle hours. Cab ride is a flat rate of $3 per person. The room was quiet. The black out curtains kept the room so dark in the morning we almost slept through check out!
