The front desk representative was personable and definitely an asset to the location. He was helpful and made the check in process seamless. There were no problems with the property even though pretty outdated, however they did inform me that they would be renovating.

There was a smell in the room mom and the hotel was very outdated. Tons of sites behind the fridge. Rooms were not very well kept up.

While the property is older, it makes up for it in charm. Great location, friendly staff, good eats. Close and convenient to everything in the Hyde Park area. Would certainly stay here again!!! 5 stars!!!

Oops wrong month.

I booked a non-refundable room for the wrong month through Hotels.com. Hotels.com tried a quite a few times contacting the manager but she wouldn’t refund our mistake. We had to pay for the month prior that we ended up stay there anyway. Other than that it was a nice location & the room was nice.

Very tired facilities needing a make-over sooner rather than later- like NOW! Very noisy. It was, however, clean (given its circumstances). The host at the front desk was pleasant. Potential for the future.
