Loved the balcony and the restaurant!
“The condition of this property is subpar; the rooms are dirty with a distinct smell of urine, and the property itself emits a moldy odor. I would not consider staying here again. Although the front desk agent was helpful in attempting to secure a refund, they were unable to do so without a manager onsite. The only solution offered was to switch to another room, which was also poorly maintained. These rooms are unsanitary and inadequately cleaned. I would never choose to stay here, even if offered free nights."
Good hotel but for the price we paid it should include the breakfast
We stayed one night and added another night . Nice size room clean quiet, unlike having a restaurant on site would definitely come back.
Had an amazing stay here at Tahaitian Inn. The rooms are huge and very homey. Everything was clean. Property is huge and parking is great and convenient. Location is great. Staff is superb (esp the young lady)
I’ve stayed in the main block by the check inn desk and the rooms are beautiful but this trip I stayed in block 100 and the difference is like night and day, if you decide to stay ask for a room in the main building.
The property is totally rundown dirty and old. Its more like less than a 2 star hotel.
Room wasn't what i expected. Property and staff were great
Location of the inn was amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about events going on in the city. However, the negative is the inn itself. The bed was broken, and had a horrible mattress. The walls were super thin. We could hear other guests talking, coughing, and watching tv. The room wasn’t necessarily dirty, but very ran down. The mirrors in the bathroom were turning black, walls missing paint, and ac didn’t work properly. The inn is definitely in need of a good renovation.
Shower had bugs and pool was broken
I booked this hotel because we had gotten back early from a cruise but our flight home was later that night. We wanted somewhere we could hang out and relax. The pool area was 5 stars. Super nice! Tons of chairs, tables, palapas etc. However, the room was very outdated and kind of gross. There were crack pipe burns all over the sink and headboards. Our feet were black from walking barefooted in the room & it smelled lilke the inside of a stale tent. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, so I have very mixed feelings.
The worst part about this stay was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Less of an issue, but still uncomfortable, was the bed and the smell in the room. There were no lamps or outlets beside the bed. The furniture was beat up and the outside noise was very loud. There were blinds on the window but the light shining through them was very bright. It was an uncomfortable stay and when told about the moldy shower curtain, hair, sand and scum in the bathroom they did not offer anything to make it better.
