The restaurant was phenomenal in variety of offerings, service, delicious food and a caring attitude. Check in and out was pleasant, informative and efficient. We would stay again. Particularly like their pet friendliness.

The room was clean but the shower fan was very noisy and wasn’t working and the room felt very damp and musty. It would benefit from a humidifier. The hotel itself is clean and cute and the staff was very welcoming.

I didn't expect much from this property as we just needed a place to crash for 9 hrs after our flight arrived. It's very dated, A/C was super loud, faucet leaked. However, my son found hairs in his bed that could not have been from us. He slept in the bed anyways because he was so tired, but it def felt even less appealing after that. They also have nothing in the morning for guests - not even coffee. The restaurant on the premises is a business operated separately. Maybe this was in the description, and I just didn't see it because so many other hotels in the area were sold out. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to use it. Also, the front desk folks were very nice and helpful.

I'd almost mve here 4 Hotel staff & Pach's staff.
At first glance this was a very old hotel, but we found out that is a good thing. It could use Some modernization in the kitchen and bathroom. Loved the huge tub. The shower was roomy. The furniture was dated, but being with the Polynesian theme, it was wonderful old school charm. There were no dishes, silverware, glasses, dishwashing liquid, dish towels. There is a restaurant that is at the back of the main hotel called Pach's place but it is only open from 6am to 2pm. The food was fantastic and super affordable for the sheer volume of it. The staff there felt like family after just two nights. You could feel the love in that place between staff and customers that have been regulars for a lifetime. The staff there provided us with a beer glass, and plastic utensil packs for our stay just on the promise to bring the glass back. They remembered us when we did. They had the best blintz's I've ever had and they were so plentiful that I could not have possibly eaten it all. Unfortunately we were leaving so I could not take it with me. The pool is old school with a 9 ft deep end. Freaking awesome. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

I would never stay here again. When we walked in our room it smelled stale. There were no windows in the room and not enough lights to actually see. Which, was probably good because the nightstands were filthy along with the "kitchen" area. There was mildew in the mini fridge and it was frozen over. There were two towels for a family of four and the staff seemed put out when asked for more. We asked for towels for the pool and were told there we some by the pool, there was one... for four people. The pool was clean, however the cement patchwork on the steps scraped my daughters foot.
