Booked this location because of my grandsons birthday and this hotel said that they had a hot tub. Hot tub was not working and lots of construction/renovation going on. Big disappointment. Also tv was not working and it took well over an hour for someone to come up to the room to fix it.

The overall room was clean but it was the lttle things like the string for the shade was broken there was a little bug on the pillowcase and the tub had like diamond dirt stains like there was a mat down and was never cleaned out. But other that everything was good.

Very disappointing for a Hilton. Our shower was rusted all over, the carpet was dirty and was coming up off the ground, the shower faucet kept dripping, and the sink leaked all over the counter. We decided to check out the pool outside, which was fine, except there were no towels outside and the water was frigid. The hot tub would have been great but of course it was out of order. They were doing construction in the lobby 24/7 when they should have been fixing the rooms. For the price we paid, this was a huge disappointment.

The hotel was under renovation which was not brought to my attention prior to booking Hot tub was broken another thing not brought to my attention prior to booking and I booked it based on the hot tub others similar didn’t have one. Breakfast not free which I did know but their 16.95 for buffet was garbage selection and the menu was limited but eating in the lobby with construction work going on wasn’t really nice so we chose not eat there Overall would not stay there again

It was just high priced for the lack of updates. Food was good and drinks were ok but it is not a bar restaurant style, it’s a cafeteria with a table for a bar. Also jacuzzi worked but didn’t heat up. Wasn’t terrible wasn’t great but have found better for less
