I liked the location of the hotel. I do not like using little shampoo bottles in the shower. I also did not like having to walk around the hotel from the pool. Why can’t we use the door that is there? Our key did not work.

The room was very clean. The staff person was good. The only issue was that online I reserved a king bed, and at check-in was told there was no inventory left. I had called the hotel prior to booking online, and was told that if it was available online, it would be at the hotel.
