The Space:
This second floor apartment features a fully updated kitchen, laundry machines, two Queen Bedrooms and a Queen Sized Pullout couch in the living area. This unit can accommodate up to six guests making it the perfect home base for your next trip to Tampa Bay!

There were no details spared in the recent renovation of this historic flat! In the open concept living space you can find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain. The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee! The primary bedroom features a brand new Queen Sized Bed so you can rest in blissful comfort. The secondary bedroom is equipped with a brand new Queen Sized Bed as well and plenty of closet space to unpack + settle in. Just outside the upgraded bathroom you'll find brand new laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Bayshore Boulevard is right outside your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Boulevard is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 5 minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

- PETS: We allow 2 pets per apartment. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees.
- SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unity and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine
- Private washer and dryer

Fantastic and Private Property

We came into town for the Bocelli concert, and this property was perfect for our weekend away. This property is separate from the Adaline, making it private and peaceful. It was perfectly appointed and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. This property is in an upper-end neighborhood, and the bay is right across the street! We will be back!!!

Hyde Park Gem

Nicely decorated, quaint second-story unit, with 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, laundry area, kitchen, and common area, featuring pull-out sofa couch, smart tv, and little dining area with round table and 4 chairs. Wood flooring throughout and shiplap on the walls. Kitchen has everything you need, modern appliances including dishwasher, gas cooktop & oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Neighborhood is charming and location is ideal. Close to downtown Tampa, the waterfront (Bayshore Drive is spectacular for walking/ jogging), and plenty of shops and restaurant within walking distance or a short drive. The staff is amazing and very responsive to all communication. From booking through checkout, they provide stellar service. Will book again the next time we are in town!

Beautifully presented property

Lovely and clean property, just perfect for our business trip to the Convention Centre, a 2km walk away along the seafront, with dolphins and pelicans complimenting the view. The flat had everything we needed too.
