The hotel advertises as being newly renovated but my room (a suite) smelled like smoke, must and masked with perfume. Because the area was totally booked out for major events, I couldn’t get a different room. Be careful to get an actual renovated room.

It was a normal ES however the delay in getting the room 4 hrs after it should have been available and the number of people waiting in like ((35+) with one desk agent was horrible

Excellent location. Excellent accommodations. Will definitely use again.

Nice hotel in good location. Rennvation is not finished yet, my room was recently renovated, has a strong chemical smell that gives me a headache.

Nice location, however, took too long to get the room ready, and the sheets had some long hair sonhad to be changed out again. Other then that, it was a nice stay, happy hour is nice. The breakfast should not be the same daily.

We have stayed here a few times and love this hotel but this trip was a little aggravating. The hotel was undergoing a renovation and it would have been nice if they would have told us ahead of time. There was so much construction outside around the hotel it was hard to figure out how to get there.

Great location next to the Amalie Arena. Lots of construction going on with downstairs lobby renovations so just take the elevators to 2 nd floor for checkin. Parking is valet only so plan for that expense above the room rate.

Very convenient, clean hotel. Only knock was entire lobby was under construction and the pillows in the rooms were terrible (flat)

The hotel is going through renovation and is disjointed but is functional

Great location the hotel needs a little tender loving care.

Lobby closed for construction which is heard throughout the entire hotel due to the atrium style. Can’t use the living room area of the room because it’s too noisy with full out construction going on right outside every door. Makeshift breakfast area was terrible with inadequate seating at uncovered meeting tables. Ridiculous to be charged full price for this disaster

mattress needed replacing. Not very comfortable and very time you rolled over it squeaked.

Close to the port if you are cruising and across the convention Center and arena, walking distance to Aquarium and Trolley stops in Front of the hotel. Nice selection of breakfast buffet food.

Great location. The room was in good shape. The breakfast area was not a pleasing as I would have liked.
