Clean hotel , nice rooms ok bathroom. Can’t rate much of the amenities as we did not use them. Bathroom did not have fan or adjustable shower. Lady at front desk was not friendly or welcoming. Bartender was great in lounge bar. Valet service was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall nice hotel not 5 stars.

Our hotel room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking hotel. Parking was insanely expensive, when most hotels provide free parking. Beds were very uncomfortable. My the 4th night i couldn't feel my neck anymore. Will be doing more research next time.

Toilet paper had stains. I was there for 3 days and no one ever came to clean our room. I didn’t get new towels until the last day and that’s only because i asked. And those towels were dirty. Beds were extremely small and the tv didn’t work.

The Hotel was a good central location. I had to pay for parking daily. The staff was professional and gave good advise about the surrounding areas. The room was not on a 3.5 star rating more of a 3 star rating. However, the king side bed was quite comfortable.

Everything was great. Appreciated the van to the concert. But, they need some major work on their auto valet service. People were waiting up to an hour to get their cars

decent location - a bit dead at night; gym was adequate for a workout - better than many. starbucks is a franchise unfortunately (so doesn't accept points, etc).

Great location for most things downtown. Excellent facilities, Rooftop pool, jacuzzi and barn.

Easy access to the River Walk and Straz Center. Courteous, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent experience-close to my sons campus at university of Tampa-pool bar was a ton of fun!

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Bartenders were the best.
