Mina the front desk helper, walked away from us just because my party was asking for a late check out on the morning, after she check in late and wanted an extra hour to rest because we all had a long drive. Not only she walked away she slammed the door to say, that she won’t deal with that. The manager team instead blaming scolding her, stand firm with that behavior. If are ready to face that type of behavior for your money go ahead and go there. Maybe you will have your teeth sharpen, ready to bite when encounter that type of customer service.

Happy Hour was good / The Snacks for Happy Hour should change.We had the exact same thing for 5 nights.Years ago , Embassy Suites served a variety of snacks hot wings, meatballs , sliders etc. Prices for rooms have increased so the snacks for Happy Hour Social should have better food.

The staff in the morning corner you while eating breakfast trying to sell vacations. The phone in our room did not work and it told the front desk every night when I had to go downstairs ti request more towels. I told them each time and phone never got fixed. One night why said they would send up a towel when all the other nights they gave them at the front desk but it never arrived. Then the last morning we saw a cocker roach in our room. That is just absolutely disgusting. If we would have seen it soon we would have checked out.

Need more staff to make checkin process smoother.

The checkin process was the worst I have ever experienced. They stated they didn’t have a room ready yet but other people continued to get rooms available. When I received text that my room was finally reading I had to wait in another long line to get room keys, as they only had 2 people checking guests in. There were numerous upper management standing around and not one chipped in to help checkin guest. The process took so long me and my family ended up late to arrive at the concert we were in town to see. When I complained to a staff member about this being the worst customer service experience I had ever had, she completely ignored me and didn’t respond. Will never stay at the hotel again, simply due to poor customer service.
