Pretty good hotel, just a little dated but overall comfortable. The staff could use a little customer service training! The girl that was at the counter the day we arrived barely greeted us and didn't make us feel welcomed. But the hotel is right downtown Tampa so we walked everywhere and the room was nice and comfortable.

The hotel was nice and it was right near major attractions and about a mile from Union Station. My issue was that others have reviewed that if you had a first floor room near the street that the noise from the street will come into the room. Which happened to me at around 2am. I contacted the hotel after my depature and had asked prior to checking in if they had other options available but they did not because the NHL Playoffs but I can't blame a hotel for some rude motorist's behavior.

VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. GREAT BREAKFAST OPTION AND CLOSE TO WHERE I WAS HEADED IN DOWNTOWN.

I stayed here during a three day conference held at the Tampa Convention Center. The hotel is about 5 min from the convention center and they have an incredibly convenient, complimentary shuttle service that took me there and back daily. Location is fantastic - right in the downtown area with plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance and both Soho and Ybor just a mile or two away. The suite was much bigger than I expected, clean, up to date, and had an incredibly comfortable bed. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning with hot options like eggs, bacon, and waffles which was much more than expected. On top of that, there was a nice pool and hot tub outside. I would stay here again. It has the convenience of location and all the comforts you would want from a hotel, and then some. I think this is the perfect option for anyone who wants to stay in the most convenient part of town while getting the best value for their dollar.

Loved the hotel very comfortable and employee are extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff, room and location good. Parking was difficult as gated lot had tight spots was full at times.

The hotel may be slightly pricey, due to the neighborhood. However: averything else about the place was very good. Mattress was a bit soft, and I has some trouble sleeping. Otherwise, the room was great. Breakfast was very good, and the location was very good for our purposes. I would stay there again. I would also recommend firmer mattresses in the rooms.

Have no complaints. We stayed a couple days and was perfect for us.

I was in town for one night to meet with customers from China. The accommodations were perfect. The staff was fantastic! The free beer and wine along with a free evening meal worked out great for us. We did not have to leave the hotel to dine. The morning breakfast was as good as I ever had. One of my guest slept too late and missed breakfast. The staff was kind enough to provide my quest with some fruit, yogurt and muffin. What great service....and with a smile!!!! I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed over one night prior to our cruise. The room was great with a full kitchen and a comfortable room with separate bedroom.

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It had free breakfast and wifi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was staying in the area.

First of they charge $100 for a pet fee which is totally outrageous. Then the room was not clean. The dishes were dirty and I had to wash them, the bathroom had hair in the shower and I saw a big crawling around in the bathroom. I will never stay at that hotel ever again!

The room was nice. It was nice to have a fridge but since there aren't any ice machines around the hotel it would be good for them to fill the ice maker in the freezer before you arive or at least have it started. The bathrooms needed to be paid a little more attention too. The floors were pretty dirty and the toilet paper was like sandpaper.

We were in town for the Kenny Chesney concert and NCAA tournament. For the price the location is great. We walked to bars and restaurants because the weather was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and kind. We arrived at 10:30 am and although check in was not until 4 pm they let us use the lobby bathroom to change/freshen up and they held our bags in a locked room. Also, the young man who worked the front desk was funny and always remembered our name.

It worked. It was cheaper than the other (nicer, newer) hotels in Downtown - for our purpose it was perfect. A nice, clean place to sleep for the night, directly across the street from the Performing Arts Center. If you want posh, there are a couple newer nicer places. It you want clean, functional, and does the trick, this is perfect. Little gym (2 treadmills, eliptical), pool, 2 spa's and a nice staff. Clean and convenient, priced right. Breakfast was actually very good too (and free).

The staff was super friendly! My room was super clean and decorated so nice. Like ultra modern. I loved it. The bed was super super soft but also firm. Had some decent treadmills/elipticals w/tvs on them. right off the highway for location. convenient to hyde park. Also great continental breakfast..full breakfast in a pretty dining area.

We stayed there only one night. But where very satisfed. We arrived early in the day and had no problem with early check-in. took a long walk to Channelview on the port of Tampa. Lots of Dining and entertainment. Since we were leaving on a cruise the next day they had a free shuttle to the Port.
