Unfortunately, our bathtub is very dirty. it looked like the bath has not been cleaned for several months. I stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott at a different location before. It was very nice and clean. I don’t understand why the bathtub was so dirty.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Sade went above and beyond. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, but the pull out sofas mattresses need to be replaced!! Location is good for cruise passengers, it is walkabe in about 25 minutes. Another tip is to take the free trolley to the closest station which is Hattricks.

I tried to give it a chance. I had to kill roaches when I first checked into my room, the door malfunctioned, and my bathtub wouldn’t turn on. I was switched rooms and still had issues. Maybe the location makes it worth it even though there doesn’t seem to be anything particularly close. So far this experience is not worth the price of stay

The staff was amazing. A staff member got my cough drops and dropped them off to my room when I asked if they sold them. They did not, and I did not expect anyone to get them for me. That kindness is rare. The front desk was so nice and we chatted everyday. I gave 4 stars because our room was moist. I don't know how else to describe it. I think the AC needs to be assessed. The hotel guests were super aggressive about breakfast, not the hotels fault.

Sade was the best front desk attendant. She was helpful and had a beautiful spirit. The rest of the staff was equally attentive and friendly. This location is close to the Riverwalk and a good location. We recommend this property.
