Charged me every check in and didn’t even tend to the room the next day everything was empty, 457$ what a joke. Even the windows were all dirty so the view was crap. Never again. Winn please open locations in Tampa

Property is beautiful, quick access to airport. Staff is amazingly attentive. Rooms were clean but not at the level of a Grand Hyatt that i was accustomed to from past experience as a guest and employee. Room wasn't dirty by any stretch, but it was clear that things were missed in their cleaning like the dust on the telephone, or randoms stray hairs about the corners of the bathroom. In COVID times when you're wiping things down like the phone to be extra cautious, it's not a good look to pull up that much dust etc. Great place and would stay again, but hoping it gets back to the immaculate condition I've known it to be.

Loved the boardwalk the fitness center was beautiful in addition the women’s locker rooms were perfect

Pros: 1) Clean Cons: 1) No airport transportation… They said it was because of Covid. 2) “ Limited housekeeping“ they didn’t tell us about her check out you had to read the fine print in the brochure they gave you. It was actually no housekeeping… They told you if you needed your room cleaned they could send you up towels and sheets. Again, they said this was because of Covid 3) and check in they said they would need a $50 deposit on my credit card… No problem… When I checked out they put a $450 deposit on it… However, it wasn’t a deposit was a charge! Now fighting to get that off my credit card statement. 4) lots of litter and garbage surrounding the area walkways… Something early morning maintenance should be able to clean up on a daily basis. However we saw the same empty water bottles in the same spot for three straight days. 5) asked for a room with a view of the bay, however, they said they would be an extra 20 bucks. Come on… Do you really need to nickel and dime your customers when you’re paying 200 bucks a night already? 6) no complementary breakfast, however, they did say you could pay for some food with their “grab and go“ at the hotel bar. I would have except it was ridiculously priced. Again more nickeling and diming you. 7)Why no fans in the bathroom? 8) pool was freezing… Front desk said it would heat up later but I never did.

Lovely property right on the bay. It was clean and the pool was very nice. But it is a high end hotel with a resort vibe and we didn’t feel that the service represented that. We were there three nights but housekeeping only came to refresh our room (make the beds, replace coffee, washcloths, etc.) once. The one time we came back to the room only the beds were made. The other nights we received a knock on the door past 6pm for housekeeping service. We were traveling with kids so would have appreciated that extra touch. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families traveling with kids because the restaurants are all high end and there aren’t casual options without getting in the car and driving into Tampa. And finally, there was a parking fee of $15 / day which seemed ridiculous considering most people traveling to the hotel will need a car because of the location.

I was upgraded to a casitas to be close with our friends

All-around clean, friendly, and enjoyable. I highly recommend.
