Room smelled foul. And the ac didn’t cool, had to so for fan. Then the shower handle was broken couldn’t adjust water temperature. And the room smelled like old cigarettes. We got in late and had a baby with us so we just went to sleep rather then have techs come in to help out. Very disappointed

excellent and helpful front desk service, we were able to add an extra unexpected person to our room and didn't have to pay an extra fee for the roll-away bed

Unbelievable, such an amazing place, the view out the window was priceless, food amazing, pool, walking path! Staff was so knowledgeable and pleasant,I can’t wait to go back! So worth every penny!!

We like the location of the hotel. It is very convenient and close to everything. The swimming pools are good, and the bay view looks amazing.

Charged me every check in and didn’t even tend to the room the next day everything was empty, 457$ what a joke. Even the windows were all dirty so the view was crap. Never again. Winn please open locations in Tampa
