no communication about the pool having no chairs on a beautiful sunday in April. Number one attraction was the adult pool area for us and there were no chairs and no communication. disappointing

The staff at Omni Amelia Island are PROS! Every single staff member we encountered - from front desk, to bellmen, to valet, to cleaning staff, to concierge were so kind and very responsive. Highly recommend!
