Almost beachfront without the beach front price. Room was large, but it would have been nice to have a balcony.

Great location and great restaurant right across the street

We vacation to Amelia Island once a year. This is the first time we have booked this hotel. And it was terrible! The moment we arrived, the guy working the front desk was extremely rude. When we got to our room, the air would not keep the room cool. We actually went to Walmart and bought a fan. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The one morning that we went down to have breakfast, the staff was awful. It was like they were inconvenienced by having to serve the guests. We ended up staying two nights before canceling the remainder of our reservation. We moved down to the Hampton for the rest of our stay.

Great location with easy beach access across the street that has a lifeguard station, a bike shop next door, and a nice restaurant on the beach directly across the street. Even being on A1A the traffic was not a problem. A good value.

Beach is across the street to walk or drive on. A couple restaurants and bars and a shop to buy or rent that beach need or even rent a bike or surfboard! COVID precautions in place at the front desk, breakfast area and pool!! And very clean throughout!

The rooms are a bit dated but the staff was so nice right down to the maintenance guy! And location, location, location. One crosswalk and you’re at the beach. Happy with this stay

It was very well decorated in colorful assents. And it was very very clean.. I Would come again and again..

I enjoyed the hotel and the people that work there are very friendly and the room was clean great location I had a great room that had an ocean view and it was very convenient to everything. They had certain restrictions due to Covid so anyone traveling until everything is fully back up to normal just be aware it’s best to bring your own coffee and coffee maker and plenty of snacks and things of that nature. They aren’t allowed to service the rooms but they do provide everything that you need at the front desk Also they cannot serve breakfast hot or provide hot coffee at this point in time hence why it’s a good idea to bring your own stuff which I called a new in advance. Also the pool is closed again until the restrictions are lifted but I had the ocean so I really didn’t care that’s what I went therefore the view of the ocean and the location. The staff was more than willing to help me feel comfortable and they did a good job I would totally recommend this place

Everything was awesome the hotel cleanness the ppl up front breakfast was delicious every morning the staff was very nice and want to come back soon

Excellent location near the beach and restaurants.

Have stayed here three times in past six months. Beautiful ocean views and restaurants within walking distance or close by.

We loved that the hotel was right across from the beach. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the roads and road conditions around the area due to road construction. Breakfast was great. Great experience overall.

Great location and staff. Everyone very helpful. Looking forward to coming back again.

first front checkin spoke like a computer zero personality very dry in wrong position should not be greeting new guest .

Breakfast & location was good. Rooms were minimal

Very convenient location across the street from the beach. Friendly staff.

Hello Sharon, We recognize your time is valuable and appreciate the feedback you have provided on the Guest Satisfaction Survey. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we do extend it with all sincerity. Our staff is normally known for their exceptional service and we regret that we missed the mark. Unfortunately, Florida is in the top three most humid cities in the United States. Despite having air conditioners running non-stop, the extreme humid summer air is a continuous battle for our property. Again, we are sorry your experience was not more positive. Please know that we genuinely appreciate your business. Have a wonderful day.
