Gulf view was wonderful! 15 minute walk to John Pass but do not recommend on a hot humid day. Resort had everything you need Gas station across the road for additional items.

The property is beginning to show some age. We stayed in a unit that was clean, but need some work.. Overall the unit was not in bad shape, but the trim in the bathroom was rotting and had mold on it. Also, the mattress was the absolute worst mattress that I have ever slept on. We still enjoy the Sunset Vistas, but it needs some attention and updating.

We had a nice stay though it rained all of three out of five days. Had one great beach weather day. The condo was nice and comfortable. GREAT views from the balconies and the pool area is really nice. The beach is fantastic and access is easy and not too far. The master toilet would not fill with water and we had to back fill to get it to flush. Maintenance got it working for one day but it reverted back to not filling up. The hall bath hot/cold was backwards but was no biggie. Overall a nice place to stay!

The hotel has great potential and an excellent location. However, my room was full of cockroaches, which caused me a lot of anxiety. The dishwasher did not work, the furniture was very old, and the outdoor shower was broken. With proper maintenance and updates, this place could be much better.

We stayed for one night for my daughter’s birthday. We were on the 6th floor and the room had small roaches. Some alive and some dead. We opted to leave our belongings in the car to not bring them home with us. There were baits around the room. In the second bedroom there was white powder on the floor in the closest. The master tub surface seemed to have peeled away over the years. The Sofa bed was dirty with spots all over it. The area outside of room was nice. The walk to beach was excellent. The staff seemed nice. Overall experience outside of the room was great. The room definitely can use some work and pest control. With the baits and powder around it seems they have knowledge of the issue. We figured since they were in the 6th floor the issue is all over.
