Sunset Vistas Two Bedroom Beachfront Suites

3.5 out of 5.0

First time staying at this hotel, but will stay here on every visit to Treasure Island in the future. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a beach view. Perfect view. Convenient and close access to elevator, beach, and the pool/spa. Nice tiki bar. Complimentary beach chairs, noodles, balls, etc. Very clean and well maintained throughout the property. Great spot on the beach as well. Beautiful. The staff was as good as any we've experienced. Quick example: We thought there was an issue with the fridge cooling. Spoke with someone at the front desk and someone was at the room in five minutes. Checked everything, suggested we give it an hour. He came back in an hour to make sure all was good, which it was. Also visible security was on property. Circle K across the street, and some very good restaurants very close by. We had our 2 kids with us, and they had a blast, but isn't a specific place for kids. Works well for everyone. We had a tremendous time, and would highly recommend.

Did not get the room I paid Orbitz for.Room was to be a full beach and pool view room instead I got one near the road and to the other side . Went to front desk and told them about getting the wrong room and they said it was orbitz problem and not there's. I should get a refund on the upgrade that I paid for from orbitz.Got room 604S.

This was the perfect condo for us, fit our family of 6 with no problems. Hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating with any needs. Grounds were clean and plenty of room at pool/beach! My kids loved the beach box where you could use items left behind by other travelers as we flew in and could not bring a lot!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this venue.

My grandson graduated from Eckerd College in St. Pete and this was the perfect place to have his party.

Booked this condo over the internet and was concerned it would not be as represented. However, the pleasant surprise was that it was extremely nice, convenient to the beach, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Great deal for the money. We had two bedrooms plus a great kitchen, which allowed us to eat breakfast and lunch in. You don't even need to take pool noodles or floats because they were provided by the hotel. We loved our stay and hated to leave.

Very clean and spacious, nice creature comforts, good time

My husband and girl friend decided on a short winter get away on the gulf. Sunset vistas gave us a view of the gulf, a living room to share and 2 bedrooms - 2 baths. 2 hot tubs and a pool were a bonus.

Centrally located to shopping and dining. A beautiful place to take the family and watch the sunset. The staff are very accommodating .The condo units are in perfect condition. Bottom Line Great Bang for the Buck

Nice hotel, spacious accommodations. Front desk staff was helpful providing suggestions for places in the area for things to do, shopping, etc. Pool was closed for renovation but we knew that in advance.

Beautiful beach. Great location. Close to St. Johns Pass. Nice tiki bar and restaurant on-site. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outstanding view from our 6th floor location (south 613). Linens, towels, blow dryer, dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster, paper towels, dishsoap and dishwasher soap, dish cloths and sponge supplied.

The hotel was clean right on the beach staff was very helpful and polite! Highly recommend this hotel

Everything was great, close to the beach and updated room.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. Beach area is wonderful. Staff members are very pleasant!

It was pricey but nice. Was not spotless but okay for cleanliness. Staff was friendly. Kiddie pool water cold but big pool water was so nice and warm. Beach is fabulous. Our room had a very small view of the beach so don't be tricked thinking that your room is directly facing the beach. That was rather disappointing. Also there are no rooms on first floor. Parking is on the first floor. Elevators made it easy to get to room and rooms have a nice balcony. Overall On a scale of 1-5 I'd give it a 4 but for the price I'd say a 3.5. We would recommend only of you get it for a good price. I feel we way overpaid.

Room amenitis are pretty outdated, which is kinda waste of such a great location. Phones broke, water heater ineffective, light bulb missing. We got the room at a relatively low price, but feels this is just an ok value.

Stayed the week of Sept 20th and would definitely return. Rooms were clean, beds comfy and access to the beach fantastic. Huge bin of pool and ocean floats for the kids to use also. Only gripe I had was you had to pay a fee for lounge chairs or an umbrella on the beach.Other than that had a great time and a nice fall getaway. Would love to return with adult couples down the road.

My family had a great time, the rooms were nice and beach was beautiful. The only thing that was an inconvenience was that there were no towels for the pool or beach. When you fly in this was something that would have been nice.

If you need one room for the whole family to stay on the beach, this is the place. We had a two bedroom, two bath suite. We also used the sleeper sofa. It had a kitchen and washer and dryer included. There was a balcony with a partial ocean view. We had an assigned parking spot. Free wifi. We were on the second floor so it was easy for the young children to walk to the pool and beach. They only clean your room once a week. So, if you are staying a week, you are on your own. If you are going out to eat in the evening, you will have to go out. No restaurant is open in the evening. Pools were ok. Beach was great. Gentle surf. Warm water.

Our stay at the Sunset Vistas in Treasure Island FL was everything and more than what we had anticipated. We found the staff very pleasant and friendly. The location offered many outstanding and eye-pleasing views, such as sunsets on the ocean. The actual accommodation we felt was exceptionally comfortable and clean. There were lots of activities offered there or nearby.
