Upon arrival, we noticed wine and other visible stains throughout the room, including on the furniture, carpet, and walls. When we contacted the front desk to express our concerns, we were informed that the upholstery was scheduled to be cleaned in March. Unfortunately, there was no apology offered for the inconvenience. Instead, we were presented with a downgrade as a solution, which did not adequately address the issue. We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and a more customer-focused response.

The room was very spacious and in a convenient location. The beach access is quick and easy to get to. There is only valet parking. If you choose not to valet, you’ll have try and find nearby parking in other lots.

The weather outside was very cold and the heat didn’t work in the room. When I called the front desk they sent someone up to turn on the fan. All this did was blow more cold air. Also, after two of us showered the third person had to wait until the water got hot again. I was already disappointed because of the chilly weather but wasn’t able to get cozy in the room. There were no bad weather amenities other than the bar.

I would say this is a budget hotel. The room was ok. Noisy and mediocre view. Concerns went un answered. Restaurant was ok but felt cheap being severe drinks at dinner table in plastic cups.
