Upon arrival, we noticed wine and other visible stains throughout the room, including on the furniture, carpet, and walls. When we contacted the front desk to express our concerns, we were informed that the upholstery was scheduled to be cleaned in March. Unfortunately, there was no apology offered for the inconvenience. Instead, we were presented with a downgrade as a solution, which did not adequately address the issue. We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and a more customer-focused response.

Beautiful property, but poorly run. I just needed a blanket and had to ask 3 times, an eight story hotel has only about a dozen parking spaces after which you’ll need to use the $27 valet. The ice machines did not work and after paying $24 for a take out coffee & breakfast sandwich the cafe dead not have napkins? Very poorly run!

The room wasn't the room we reserved and paid extra to insure our room. The staff was not the most cooperative and the manager didn't get back with us about our room. Our room smelled like a nursing home and the shower was so small that we couldn't even stand in it without water soaking the floor. They didn't clean our room one day out of four days we stayed.
