We had a wonderful time staying in this home over Christmas! The home was clean and well kept. Very short walk to the beach and quiet area to stay! The place could use a few more bathroom towels but otherwise was extremely comfortable to stay in.

Great Location & Property

This house was so convenient to the beach -- one block away. It was clean and they had thought of the things someone might need when staying in a house (which I feel like a lot of properties don't do). I had a few questions prior to arrival and Derek was super communicative and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stay with Family Over Holidays

I've stayed at the property with my family a few times when in town visiting other family. It's a nice location a couple blocks from the beach. It's a nice space with plenty of room downstairs and bedrooms that are quiet upstairs. Would stay there again when in town.

Great Place!

We only have good things to say about our stay at Octopi. The host was quick to respond, the house was clean and had everything we needed, the location was wonderful both for the beach and for going into town. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely go back!

Family Visit

This place was great for our 7 guests. We enjoyed a great beach day (2 blocks away) and used many of the thoughtful beach gear supplied by the host. This was a great place to stay.

Amazing

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing days at the beach. The house was very clean! We really appreciated that there was a pack and play and high chair for the baby. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything you may need in one stop- plus the ocean

This property was a great choice for myself and group of girl friends. We booked a short get away stay over the weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house had every thing a groups would need to enjoy a stay by the ocean from floats and wagons to take stuff to the beach to bikes, board games and chairs for lounging. While it is not right on the beach, it is just a blocks walk to have your feet in the sand. Highly recommend to all and would absolutely stay there again if ever headed to Jac beach.

Great Vacation

This property is a great location to the beach. Everything that you would need to enjoy a day at the beach is supplied for you. The house is well stocked with what you need, except your food. A great place to stay with your pets, backyard is great for them to get a little exercise or just relax. If we are back in the area and need a place to stay we will be booking here. Thanks for renting out your unit, it was a pleasure and we enjoyed.

Long Weekend

One of the best rentals we’ve ever experienced. All the big and small details made our stay feel like home. Location is tremendous both in the very short walk to the beach and for our 100’ morning walk to the Starbucks. We would have stayed longer if available. We will definitely return for our next stay in Jax Beach.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect location for a work/rest. Beach was just a short walk from the rental along with restaurants and shopping. It was comfortable and quiet, and we'll return. Thank you for having such an amazing retreat.

Perfect Location and Comfortably Appointed Beach Home

This property was exactly how it appeared in the description. Walking distance to the beach and not to mention Starbucks. Close to everything you could need or want (restaurants, Publix, etc.) The home was perfectly appointed for a beach house - very comfortable and very nice. They thought of everything from A-Z not to mention a welcome bottle of wine and dog dishes for our pup!!! Even though it was just my husband and I for some appointments at Mayo (also 5 minutes away!) this house was perfect for us and could easily be utilized by a larger family or for a family reunion. It was just lovely. The owners were great - very communicative, easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, yet classy beach house in a perfect location with every amenity you could think of!!!

Great Jax Beach Stay

Very clean place with modern fixtures and amenities inside. Everything was as listed online. Short walk to beach, even shorter walk to Starbucks, lol. Good neighborhood. Nice bike ride to the pier. Would def stay here again.
