The good:* Convenient location to Mayo clinic and beach areas and grocery stores. * Comfortable beds. One is a pillow top and the other king bed is memory foam. * The host is responsive and addressed some of the issues. I think he is still figuring out property management and was willing to hear feedback. * A pleasant neighborhood The Bad:* From the moment we walked in, we could tell there was a lot of pet dander in the carpets and couch. We have lived in homes with pets, but this home was not cleaned as if pets were there. When I sat on the couch, my leggings were covered in hair. He quickly found an amazing cleaner Sarah to come clean the couch and she completely removed the cover and washed them. * Over a week into our stay, he also had her come back to shampoo/deep clean the carpets. This was a huge help to the overall comfort of the rest of our stay.*The house makes a ton of unwanted noises that kept us awake. The water softener machine needed a filter replaced and would beep loudly and consistently every couple days. All I could do was snooze the alarm. He never had someone fix this. * Every single clothing/coat rack, toilet paper holder, and shelf that I tried to use during my stay collapsed. It was frustrating. This property is in serious need of a property manager to address maintenance of the property.
