Centrally located to be within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars alike. Short Driving distance to TPC Sawgrass, Mayo Clinic, UNF and Jacksonville sports complexes like Everbank Park and Vystar arena.
Fast Wifi throughout, dedicated workspace.
We are close to Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in North Jax Beach.
I want to make this stay as private as possible, however if you need anything I am located close and can drop off supplies or items that you may need.

Very nice clean property about a block from the beach. If you want to get to the main action area, its just a 10 minute walk. Only complaints were lack of spices like salt and pepper and bar soap in the bathrooms.Other than that, Great property.

Nice property!

We had a great stay at this property. Perfectly located in proximity to the beach and a gas station. Perfect walking distance for my teens. The accommodations were great with no concerns. The air conditioning was awesome! Smart TVs in all rooms was a big plus for my group. Kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t need anything else at all. The host was also very responsive to my random questions which was nice. Looking forward to staying here again for our next visit.

Vanessa saved the day!

When we arrived, the house did not match the listing. (There was 1 fewer bathroom and 2 fewer bedrooms than we expected.) I reached out to Vanessa, she realized the listings of her two properties had been somehow swapped, and she booked us a hotel room 2 blocks away. We had a great time, the house was lovely, and Grandma enjoyed her privacy at the hotel. I was so grateful that she acted quickly to problem-solve. Mistakes happen to all of us, it’s how we handle them that counts. And Vanessa saved the day!
