When we arrived, the house did not match the listing. (There was 1 fewer bathroom and 2 fewer bedrooms than we expected.) I reached out to Vanessa, she realized the listings of her two properties had been somehow swapped, and she booked us a hotel room 2 blocks away. We had a great time, the house was lovely, and Grandma enjoyed her privacy at the hotel. I was so grateful that she acted quickly to problem-solve. Mistakes happen to all of us, it’s how we handle them that counts. And Vanessa saved the day!
