Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the discovery of bed bugs in our room. Maintenance handled the issue quickly and got us into another room, but we were understandably uncomfortable that the hotel had an infestation and to make things worse, our new room was a downgrade.
Though maintenance handled it well, the front desk staff completely disappointed us. Nothing was done to address the room downgrade or the bed bugs. To make things worse, we were charged for parking despite repeatedly clarifying at check in that we did not have a car. Front desk staff told us the manager would reach out, but we didn’t hear anything until we contacted them twice more. Unfortunately, they did not take this opportunity to make it right. So disappointing, as this is a beautiful property in a great location that I would have definitely recommended if it weren’t for this experience
