First review of Hampton Inn Jax

Front reception was OUTSTANDING in that she was friendly, accommodating and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Everything worked. Only issues: bathtub obviously worked on and looked like it, side door didn't work with room key so standing in the rain trying to make that work didn't happen, there was "food" stuck on the elevator door and was there the day of checkin and still there upon check out.

Had a great stay! Clean and friendly staff. My issue was that there were no outside umbrellas by the pool. People were trying to get under what little shade there was. They are necessary in Florida! I would stay there again.
