Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the doors were always locked for our safety. It was in a great location close to everything.

The pool was dirty, the window shade was broke in our room, the plumbing fixtures leaked, and we were put in a least desirable room (not sure if it was because we booked through Orbitz last minute). On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.
