    We enjoyed the beautiful location and the quick responses from our host. My husband and I love Amelia island and the Omni Property and would consider this rental again but will do so after some much needed renovations such as toilets and bathroom countertops which we understand is in the plans.

    Our experience was great! Such a peaceful place, i highly recommend. Very close to the beach and pool within the community was gorgeous (but not heated!) Very functional home with all kitchen utensils.

    Cheryl was very responsive and easy to work with. The beach access was really close and it provided beautiful walks. Unit was well equipped with comfy furniture, nice TVs, and plenty of blankets and towels.

    Beautiful area. Short walk to beach and walkable to restaurants and shops on Omni grounds (not the main resort). Cheryl’s Sea Shed was well stocked and beds were very comfortable! The beach itself was wonderful, clean and not crowded. Appreciate the chairs that were provided. Owner was quick to reply to my inquiries.

    Excellent location and place to stay!

    We ate out most meals but coffee was great in the mornings! Location was ideal for a walk to the beach or a walk to the shops. Lunch outside at Marche Burette was fantastic!

    Cheryl’s Sea Shed is cute as a button, with spacious rooms and all the amenities you want for a beach vacation! Chairs, sand toys, inner tubes, and a well stocked kitchen and game area! We will definitely stay again. The beach access is a 2-minute walk and the pool is even closer. You can walk to the shops and restaurants at Omni Plantation. Oh, and it’s a small dog friendly neighborhood!

    Our family had a great time. The condo had good space for our family of 4. The walk to the beach is not that far. Very quiet and just down the road from the Omni. The pool was nice and was cleaned everyday when we were there. Staff came by and got the leaves out of the pool which was nice. Overall a great place to stay.

    Highly recommend booking this property for a stay on Amelia Island. Very well equipped for whatever you want to do during your stay. Nicely decorated and very clean. Excellent location in a beautiful area. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and golf. We will be back as we totally enjoyed our time there.

    Gorgeous area

    The condo was easy to find, clean, and had really everything that we needed for a girls weekend. The condo is located in the perfect spot. We had a very short walk to the beach, you are near walking trails, and close to the Omni resort area. Perfect vacation.

    Perfect winter getaway

    Cheryl’s place within the Omni property was a great location to walk a short distance to the beach or to the village within the property . The condo was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the week. This was our first trip to Amelia Island but it will definitely not be our last and we would stay at Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

    I really enjoyed our stay. The beach was SO close, and the beach chairs were great quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was quiet even with upstairs neighbors. The condo also had tons of hangers, which is a small but appreciated detail! Lastly, even if you’re not traveling with pets, don’t let the pet friendly detail deter you. This place was spotless.

    Peaceful Getaway

    Great location among the trees just steps from the beach, long walks, shopping. Condo is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and quiet! The property manager makes herself available for any questions you might have. We'll be staying here again on our next visit to Amelia Island.

    We loved our stay at Cheryl’s Sea Shed. The condo was just as the pictured. One of the cleanest VRBO condo’s that we’ve stayed in. Short walk across the street to the beach and easy access to the pool behind the condo. Beach and property very dog friendly! Perfect for family vacation!
