We stayed in this wonderful property for my wife’s birthday. The unit was everything we needed…updated, clean, comfortably furnished, well-equipped…and the views of the ocean were exactly what we look for in a beach rental…spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the views and relaxing to the wonderful sound of those waves. The host was great in her communication and responsive to our questions. Perfect for a couples getaway!!!

Great Condo!

Stayed here with my 10 year old daughter. We had a blast! Condo was exactly as listed on the 7 floor with great views of the ocean from every room! Will definitely stay again if we get back to the Island and is available!

Excellent visit

The condo was spotless, very well appointed and had all the touches i could have wanted. Well stocked for the two of us. Really specific instructions. Great location to beach and restaurants. We would 100% stay there again. Mornings and evenings chilling in those big yellow chairs was the icing on the cake. Thanx for a great vacay!!

Anniversary in Amelia

We loved the condo! Michelle was a fabulous host. I had a question during the stay which she immediately answered. Great proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with my coffee and breakfast listening to the ocean. Beautiful view. Everything was so peaceful and relaxing. The perfect condo and beach to unwind. Highly recommend for couples looking for a getaway. Thanks for everything Michelle!

Super clean...

The property is immaculate and the ocean view from this floor is priceless. There were no issues with check-in; we did not have to contact the owner during our stay, but she ensured we had urgent contact info if anything arose. The property has nice little touches to make it feel like a home away from home!! The one issue we had during our stay was the mattress was too soft on our backs,(maybe we're used to our more firm Tempurpedic). Other than that, everything else was great, and looking forward to our return visit to Amelia Island.

Beautiful condo with Incredible Ocean Front View

This is a clean, updated, comfortable condo with a hypnotic view of the ocean. You won’t need to watch TV; just sit on the balcony and watch the waves. You’ll cry when you have to go back home to real life. Communication with the owner is simple and she replies quickly.

Pretty unit!

For the building being a bit outdated this unit is so clean and updated! It made my husband and I feel more at home! Everything was super clean which coming from a clean freak is saying something!! I definitely recommend to anyone who is going on a little getaway! The beach is beautiful! And the food is great!
