The staff was very friendly. However, The tub spout almost fell off in our hand. It was secured to the wall with tub and tile caulk. There were a lot of poorly patched holes in the walls and ceiling. We stay here at least 3 to 4 times a year for the last 3 years. This was by far the worst room we have stayed in. With the recent parking fees and other added on fees recently, this hotel has become overpriced for what you get. On a positive note, the breakfast was better than it ever has been.

When we arrived they tokd us their was a $10 dollar parking fee per night. A$70 dollar hold fee. we ordered a king bed once in bed it seem we could feel every spring in the mattress and the room smelled really old we killed about 5 or 6 roaches crawling on the wlls and floor. We will never book another stat their or stay at a similar one like it we learned our lession...Damn Dogs next door barked it seems all night!!!

The property is dirty and not maintained at all. The cabinets in the room were broken. The first bathroom the bathtub was broken and stained so we switched to a different room which was a little better but not much of a difference.

The room was in okay condition, the pool was barley heated. Staff was unreceptive at best. Sure the price mad it all worth it but the experience was so below the bar of average that id almost rather pay full price of one of the LEGITMATE hotels next door to spare myself the mediocroty and clear lack of care for customers and facilitys.

The room had a bad stench to it. Have of the lights worked in the room. No paper products. One set of towels. Moved our room from the bottom floor to the second floor. No elevator. Will never stay there again.

The staff was amazing; accommodating and friendly. When we found literal cockroach nests in our rooms they moved us promptly and there were no bugs in our new rooms. One key does not work at all to check into rooms. We just had to check in at the desk. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the staff was amazing. Otherwise it would have gotten NO stars for the roaches in our rooms.
