We paid Deluxe price for Deluxe accommodations which normally includes at least good service if not excellent service. What we got was mediocre accommodations with 0 service. Check And it's supposed to be at 4 o'clock we did not get our room till 6 PM at night I'm 2 separate occasions at the restaurant when we went for service we never did receive service and left without eating I'm 2 separate occasions at the restaurant when we went for service we never did receive service and left without eating We would never recommend staying at this place it is not a resort it's just a lot of buildings put together
Everything. My favorite was the private spot in the sunken gardens with two chairs where my wife and I have a happy hour while staring out into the ocean. A perfect way to cap the weekend.
The Villa we stayed in was 1970s original. Very out dated with furniture that had the old odor
Clean and Friendly

Very family friendly with separate areas just for adults. Natural setting that reflects Florida's beauty. The restaurants were very good!
I would have to say the villa at Sandcastle 1 was generally as advertised but somewhat disappointing. It was spacious with fully equipped kitchen, nice large balcony, 2 bathroom sinks. But everything from the color scheme to the furniture to the fixtures was ~20 years old...definitely could use some updating. Door handle/lock from living room to balcony was not functional. We only received one washcloth and one face towel for 2 people for 3 days. Then there was no place to hang bath towels, just one towel rack behind the toilet. The lighting throughout was dim. The bed was a king, but soft & lumpy; bed linens were scratchy; no extra blankets. AC vents were dirty and clogged with dust/lint. We arrived shortly after the published checkin time of 4 pm and had to wait over an hour for housekeeping to "release" the room. On checkout day, housekeeping tryied to take the room almost 2 hours before our checkout time. The beach was nice. The pool could have been but it was not clean; sand & debris on the bottom, green areas along one wall. It was definitely nice be able to sit by the villa pool without paying for a lounger like at the main hotel. The tram was great. It arrived quickly when called and made getting around the property easy. The restaurants on site were very disappointing - extremely expensive and the food was barely adequate. At approximately $400 per night for this stay at the Omni, I did not get the value I expected for lodging, food or service.
Beautiful property..quiet....peaceful..clean..friendly. I loved it! Online Images do this property no justice
Beautiful location and grounds, our room was a dump, broken bed, smelled, and the elevator was broken
Stayed at a villa overlooking the ocean. It was beautiful. The shuttle was pretty good. Most of the time, simply call and it will pick you up in a few minutes.
The Villas were very nice. Private pools are nice since the resort pools can be crowded. Plenty of activities to do. Food was good, over priced.
Very nice ocean view
Amenities are amazing
The property was great! The staff went above and beyond. The condo was great my only complaint was the floor although looked clean left black on our feet. Everything else was clean and well kept. I highly recommend!
The room was very spacious, very big, and it was a gorgeous two floor two bedroom apartment. It had a full kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, and a Balcony. It had all the items you need to run a full kitchen. Plenty of towels, and clean sheets. It was a beautiful comfortable stay, and I am definitely going back.
