Condo was great, rooms were clean, perfect for a girls weekend! Great location to the beach-very short walk. Was too chilly to enjoy the pool but maybe next time. Communication with propeerty manager was exceptional as we left a bracelet behind and they made it a point to look for it and found it for us!

The condo provided everything we needed for our Christmas holiday stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked with equipment, pots and pans, flatware etc. The location was quiet and It was a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to town.

We had a very nice stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Rental agency was very attentive in making sure we were taken care of. Enjoyed the restaurant food. We hope to visit again.

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean condo, pool right out the back door, beach was only a short walk over the dunes. Very quiet area and safe. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Home Base

This condo was a great home base for our family while we enjoyed all the things Amelia Island has to offer. It was just a short walk to the beach and was very close to the pool.

Amelia City beach vacation

Lovely place to stay. Close to pool, beach, and bike trail. Well stocked with spices and pans- great for cooking. The beach chairs were lovely.

Fun Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time staying over Thanksgiving. The condo was nice and we loved how close it is to the ocean. I wish the beds in the two front rooms were queen size instead of full. Overall we had a great time.

Perfect holiday condo for a relaxing break

Great stay in Sailmaker. The property was actually better than expected (and it looked nice anyway) as it looks like it has had a refurb and new furniture, but the pics have not yet been updated.Great position for Amelia Island activities, pool right next door, beautiful quiet beach just a walk up the walkway.What was also perfect for us was a very well-equipped kitchen, as we were cooking for ourselves quite a bit.Enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Nice place by the pool

Really nice 3 bedroom condo with all necessary amenities for 6 or 7 people, 1 more if you have a couple kids as they could sleep on the trundle or comfy couch. Clean and comfortable with really close access to the pool and a short walk up to the beach!

Beautiful condo, close to the beach !

We absolutely loved the area, the condo was clean and beautiful, close to the beach, close to the pool, and the renters were really accommodating. Place was in a quiet, gated community. We definitely will be back!

The property is very well kept and clean. Everything you need is there and makes you feel at home.

My family and I had a very nice stay . It was quite and peaceful. The condo is located close to the beach, pool and downtown. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and was very sad when we left. We can not wait to return.

Wonderful vacation

We had an amazing vacation. The condo was perfect. It had plenty of space for our family and was welll stocked with everything you could ever need for a beach vacation (beach chairs, toys, towels, bikes, games....). None of us wanted to leave.

Quiet and convenient

Our stay on this property was great. It was conveniently located just steps from the pool and a short walk from the beautiful beach. The home had lots of extra touches that made us feel at home. The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed spending time on the large patio.

Lovely Condo

The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. Was in a terrific area for us to do the things we wanted to do. Pet friendly which meant a lot to us. Wish we had an ocean view but it was a very close and very easy to walk to the beach. We totally enjoyed our stay.
