Second time in a year renting this condo. Very thoughtful touches and the comfortable balcony furniture stood out for us. However, the cookware needs to be upgraded as well as the bed pillows. I would still though stay here again. I think it has the best views in the complex. Nice to be able to see the pool from the balcony and the owners reached out to let us know we could check in early which was extremely considerate.

Stayed for Amelia Concours, great location next to Ritz, beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and beach, very clean and well stocked condo. Nick was quick to respond and provided easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions.

Our most memorable Christmas in Years!

Everything posted about this property online was accurate.The condo was spacious with gorgeous views of the ocean. I've stayed in many rentals and this one far surpassed them. Both my 90-year-old mother and sister agree! We had one minor hiccup, which Nick and Beth quickly resolved over the phone. This condo is likely very popular, so I recommend booking well in advance.

Wonderful property and location, however the mattress in the Master Bedroom is BAD. Also, the pillows need replacing (stained pretty badly). Other than that, an excellent property.

We were in heaven!

We first came to Amelia Island 28 years ago. When Covid hit, we rented condos either at Amelia Golf and Racquet Club or at Ocean Place every 3-5 months. This has continued, and I'm surprised we haven't stayed in this unit before. This has now become one of our favorites. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully appointed. Hosts provide things that many others do not - a small cooler for your trip to the beach or one of the Amelia cruises; shampoo and soaps in bathrooms; a very well-stocked kitchen all the way down to plastic bags, paper plates, plastic tea pitcher, and condiments and other items in fridge; and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. You'd be surprised at how sparse some upskill condos can be - providing you nothing more than salt and pepper! We were pleased that both bathrooms had step-in showers. Porch has a nice table and four chairs with comfy cushions, as well as two lounge chairs. You are on the fifth floor with great views. You are far enough from elevator to not have any unnecessary noise, as well as not hanging right over a pool where you may have guests who are having a wonderful time, but noisy. We all slept marvelously. We could tell the owners really wanted to ensure a terrific stay for guests, and we were "sold." And, the icing on the cake, two tervis tumbers - one for UGA and one for UNC. One our alma mater for us all, the other one of my long-term employers. It was the perfect stay, and we cannot wait to book again.

Stunning Amelia Beach Getaway

Our recent stay at this beach condo was nothing short of incredible. There were breathtaking views of the pristine beach shoreline and morning sunrises. The condo itself was impeccably clean and well appointed. The location could not have been more perfect - just steps away from the beach and the sounds of the waves and close to many excellent restaurants. The amenities surpassed our expectations with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We can't recommend this beach condo enough for anyone looking for the perfect ocean getaway. We are looking forward to a return visit next year. (As an unexpected bonus, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel next door put on a magnificent fireworks display two nights while we were there and we had a front row seat from the balcony!)
