Wonderful Hosts!

Amelia Island Getaways are the best hosts! They were very responsive and called to check on how we were doing on our first day. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything needed including beach chairs and umbrella. We highly recommend this company and Turtle Dunes is a great location with wonderful beach access and pool! We will be back for sure!

Wonderful beach vacation

This condo was perfect for a beach getaway for me and my family. Located steps away from the pool and beach. Condo had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated and up to date. Extremely clean. AIG group had excellent communication and clear checkin/checkout instructions. Overall, it was an amazing vacation and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place in excellent location

This property is lovely, well appointed and has a stunning view. The property manager was very communicative regarding check in and out process. The pool and beach access are extremely convenient. And the location of Turtle Dunes is quiet and secluded. We loved this place and would book again!

Great property, balcony with beach view, nice clean furniture and appliances, clean bathrooms, fast WiFi. We’ve stayed at other Omni Turtle Dunes properties, but this was by far the best one.

Very nice quiet unit....

I stay at Turtle Dunes often and this unit was very nice. It's next to the end unit and you have a view of the ocean and the pool. Very clean unit. The mattress was very firm and needs a pillow top or new mattress installed. Also, you need to know TV does not have regular cable. Be familiar with how to use APPS

Perfect Amelia Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this Turtle Dunes property. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was perfect with a pool and quick access to the beach. We will be back!

Perfect little getaway

Lovely condo. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into decorating and maintain this place. Had a very cozy feel. Clean. Kids loved it. We would definitely rent again.

Excellent in every way

The property is beautiful, well equipped and very clean. The kitchen amenities were excellent. I did not lack for a single pan, dish or glass. In addition the property managers were very helpful and in close contact throughout our stay. It was a very pleasant stay for our 50th anniversary.

Lawn crew and maintenance bummers

Gorgeous place but our time at the pool was ruined by incessant beeping of an orange crane nearby. At check out time while we and others were loading our cars, a totally angry crew of men w blowers coated our cars w grass and clippings , stared at us and had no respect for us! After spending 2k we expect a bit of peace

Summer beach trip

Our stay was fantastic from top to bottom, in and out. Condo was superb, kitchen was FULLY stocked with tools and utensils, so fun! Beach and pool were east to get to. Wd drive into Fernandina most nights and loved the options for dining. What a cute island!! We will return!

Beautiful view

This was our first time staying in a condo. It was very clean and spacious, well stocked with essentials. The grounds surrounding the condo are very nice and well-kept, and the view from the balcony of the condo grounds / landscaping and the ocean was really beautiful. The beach chairs provided were greatly appreciated. Really good access to bike and walking trails near the condo.

Amazing sunrises in relaxing environment.

Very peaceful. We felt like it was our own private beach. Really enjoyed watching the amazing sunrises with my morning coffee on the balcony. Although the listing does mention heading to up to the hotel, newbies may not realize no Omni guest pass means more than no use of golf course. Hotel pool, shuttles are also not available. Over all great escape and very clean!

Short Stay But Great Property

Great Unit in very nice building. Over the years, we have stayed in multiple buildings at the Omni property. This was, by far, the nicest unit yet. Very well equipped and very clean. The balcony view of the beach was much nicer than the picture in the VRBO listing. Overall, very nice.

Quiet and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Clean and nicely furnished, beautiful views, and very quiet. Loved the location at the end of the Omni complex. Very few people on the beach which made it very relaxing. Great restaurants nearby.
