Unit was exactly as portrayed. Beautiful upgrades inside. Ocean views from different rooms. Rental agency was awesome to deal with. Definitely take a look at this place if you are coming to Amelia Island. Five Star.

Loved it!

The property was clean and well taken care of. The house is beautiful, as well. The kitchen was well stocked with judt about all you would need. Pleanty of towels in the bathrooms too. Furniture was nice and squishy in the living room. The views are gorgeous, especially the sunsets over the water. I loved to sit out on the porch in the mornings in the glider rockers. Beyond relaxing, to say the least. Christine, the property manager, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my messages.

Quiet & Secluded

The house was just what we wanted...out of the way and quiet with no city noise. Christine was extremely responsive to any texts always answering within a couple of minutes. The entrance to Starkey's Marina is only about 500 yards down the road and they were great too. Bed was very comfortable at night. We appreciated the nice place to stay!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this location, it was close to everything we wanted - Starkey marina, Eureka Springs, the Dam Site, so we were able to relax and do excursions with our kiddos! Check-in and out was an absolute breeze. Cleanliness was given a 4 star as there were a few things that just weren't quite to my standard..... a few hairs in the bath tubs, used q-tip under a dresser (we were looking for a toy that had rolled under) but the sheets were clean/stain free and no issues with the towels either. If we decide to do another family vacation down this way we will definitely be looking to stay at this rental again!

Fantastic Location!

Location is superb as just a couple minutes from Starkey Marina. Owner was so kind & communication was a breeze. It was perfect for 10 extra guest during an engagement weekend. If you’re looking for clean, quaint, great water view, and the amenities to make your lake stay seamless this is the place!

Nice Place to Stay

There was nothing fancy about this place, but it was very quaint and comfortable. The property owners happened to be around for the weekend doing repairs and we were able to meet them. They were quite nice and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning when the weather is more "hospitable". :-)
