Staff was very good. Friendly and efficient. We have stayed at this hotel several times and like it overall. That's why we keep coming back when staying in Tampa. I did learn to NOT stay in a room next to the elevators. Terribly noisy. Very little rest.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and there was enough storage in the room. There were enough chairs to sit in the room. Breakfast was quick and there were plenty of healthy choices, fresh fruit , whole wheat bread and eggs. We appreciated the shuttle from the airport and the dining options within walking distance. Did not use the pool or fire pit, but they looked to be clean and in working order.

It was really convenient to have the airport shuttle from the airport. The only thing is to make it clear that you have to call for pickup. The room was clean. The shower was really nice with good water pressure. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, so we cannot comment.
