The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly as well, but they assigned us a room next to the elevators and it was noisy, so we did not sleep well until very late at night

The staff (mainly John) was really nice and helpful. The lobby was clean and so was the room. The pool area was well kept and nice looking. I did get down to breakfast late, so that could be why the options were limited. My main complaint is the elevator being out of order a few times and my room was on the 4th floor. It doesnt sound that bad until you factor in I have an infant in a stroller and my mom has breathing problems. Overall good stay, they just need to work on that elevator.

Elevador out of order. My husband is 81 years old and I’m 75. Going Down 3 flights of stairs was not something we could do. Thankfully Joshua was extremely helpful. He personaly brought my husband down the stairs and all our luggage and my husband’s walker. He help us on the shuttle to the airport. Thank you Josh for being so compassionate.
