The rooms are poorly maintained! Room service was not able to accommodate us with proper towels, advised us that towels were washing. Asked to bedding sheet for sofa bed got 1 sheet no pillows. There were no small towels available. I was told that they didn’t have any on one occasion. Had to call the front desk repeatedly because no one was answering. Even called the front desk from my mobile phone. The black out shades did not come all the way down. The bathroom walls had plaster on it. Most of the electrical outlets did not work. The USB ports on both beds did not work. One of the ports were broken. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never choose a Choice hotel ever again.

The visit was great, housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great!! Bathroom was clean. Room was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the my stay, most definitely will stay here again when visiting the area 🙂

The lobby smells and looks clean. Don’t be fooled! After checking in and being in the room for no longer than 30 minutes, we decided to eat our Pizza Hut we ordered. I sat at the desk while my husband sat on the bed We didn’t finish our first slice before seeing something crawling on the wall!!!! I yelled to my husband what is that? After killing it, I stood by the TV looking towards the window and the desk where I was just eating. To be amazed by two more cockroaches coming out of nowhere crawling on the wall!! I’m assuming they came out because we had food. I quickly packed my things being sure I didn’t take any roaches with me and proceeded to check out!!!! Upon checkout, the front desk didn’t deny the cockroaches, nor reassured me They were not cockroaches!!! As we were walking out He was running up stairs to our room with cleaning supply in hand.

There were roaches in our room. The shower curtain rod was hanging loosely. We had to request towels, sheets, pillows and they responded half of the time.

the staff were very polite and helpful, however that did not make up for the fact the building needs to be inspected. mold and cockroaches and a foul odor in the rooms. building in need of much repair. stains on the carpet and black mold on ceiling. the cleaners are fighting a losing battle as much as they tried. this company is normally on my fav list, but this one turned my stomach. sad!! when you pay over 250 a night for this.

The staff was excellent and the room very clean. However, there was some type of leak in the room(possibly from the air conditioning unit), that caused a large portion of the carpet to be very wet.

The 1st room we had 320 stunk so bad of mold and mildew we instantly went downstairs to tell the front desk. He gave some spray to use which was nice but didn’t touch the smell. Then we discovered the fridge didn’t work so back down I went. I tried to call but the phone didn’t work either. He switched us rooms to 321, which stunk with mold and mildew as well after a couple hours. My daughter is very allergic to mold and mildew and sneezed the entire time to the point she was miserable. The room was so damp the bedding and our clothes were damp. Come Sunday morning which was our 2nd morning there, we were awakened by extremely loud banging that lasted for a couple hours. I tried to call the front desk and surprise that phone didn’t work either. I called from my phone and was told they would have someone check it. Not sure if it was an ac unit hot water tank or what which could be possible since we had NO hot water the 2 nights we stayed but even after I called it proceeded to bang for another half hour or so. Had we not had tickets for the game and the location being in walking distance to the stadium we would have found another hotel the first night. We immediately packed and checked out right after the game Sunday night and had to pay for another hotel to prepare for our 15 hour drive home. I will not stay here again.

The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to Raymond James Stadium, which is a 10-15 minute walk. The bad is we killed a roach in the middle of the night: the desk was understaffed resulting in such inconveniences as no one to bring us a missing hair dryer until hours later: a missing TV remote that was never replaced despite attempts to get another one.

Pretty lobby, and it looks like recent repairs and upgrades in the room. They need to replace the carpeting in the hallways, but it’s not terrible. The room is plain, but clean and comfortable, with an updated bathroom. Felt safe and it is in a convenient location.
