Pleasant staff, clean room. Only minor complaint is that it is a suite with kitchen cabinets, a fridge and microwave but no dishes except a few styrofoam plates and plastic utensils.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. We came in a day early for our family cruise. Our flight was moved from a 2pm arrival to a 9:30am arrival. When we arrived they gave us a room right away. At no extra charge. Breakfast the morning of our cruise was very good as well. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tampa

Un peu déçu du déjeuner et aucun espace intérieur pour manger. Le jardin est super beau, mais les jeux proposés sont injouables (échec géant). La piscine n'est pas chauffée. L'endroit est propre, la chambre spacieuse et le lit très confortable.

Front desk receptionist did not know how to respond some questions I ask. They need to be trained like how to resolve or answering even when the manager is not in the hotel that moment. Or have like a book or folder like a manual instruction with questions and answers that the manager have experienced with customers so the Front desk can provide better customer service.
