I am always excited to give my business to a non-chain hotel, but sadly I was disappointed overall. The entire property is a bit run down and our suite was not very clean. There were used tissues under the couch. The bathroom smelled of mildew and had moisture streams down the walls. Tub was grimy. The included breakfast was also disappointing, inedible rubbery eggs and cardboard pancakes. I go to Tampa often and will avoid this hotel in the future.

The property was really nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very attentive and professional. The breakfast was satisfying. Plenty of different stuff. I will definitely book there again on my next trip to Tampa.

Very nice hotel right around the corner from Busch Gardens, Tampa. Staff were very polite. Couple blocks from USF so plenty of restaurants in the area. Have a nice pool and relaxation area.
