Just felt I had to pay Soo much due to the coronavirus and closing of flights to Europe. Businesses should have been more compassionate. I had an award ticket several days later that was useless to get us out safely.

You can’t make check in online, there’s no option for permanent residence... you have to make the line at the airport , and when t You travel with a carry on it’s a shame and waste of time..

Key West International Airport is very conveniently located for passengers travelling to the island. Just two miles from main commercial center of Key West, you’ll be able to start your Floridian vacation moments after you touch down at the terminal. From Key West International you can take a taxi or a bus to your destination. Taxis charge flat fares per person from the airport while buses offer single tickets and weekly passes.

Most of the flights that depart from Key West International are bound for Atlanta, Miami, Charlotte and Fort Lauderdale. Some seasonal services also connect the destination with other cities across the US.

How to Get Around Key West

Duval Street is the heart of Key West and a must-see during your stay. It’s here you’ll find many of the island’s bars, restaurants and shops as well as a selection of its most historic buildings.

The most famous sight in Key West has to be the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum. The writer lived in the Spanish colonial house from 1931 to 1940 and wrote some of his most famous novels at the property.
