We had 3 rooms first 3 nights. They had a single first night for 3 of us 1 bed no cot. 2nd night air conditioner did not work. Finally got a room we were supposed to have.

Good bar food and service! Clean and modern environment

The bathroom was elegant, there was a shower and a tub. We ordered room service which was delicious, relaxed in bed and watched television. The room was quiet, even for being on the first floor. And our checkout couldn't have been simpler. They let us drop our bags off 5 hours before our check-in and offered us an early check-though unfortunately there wasnt a room available. They scheduled a wake-up call and a cab for us to the airport for the next morning. The cab took about 15 minutes to get to the airport without traffic and cost us about 20GBP (London cabs are pricey no matter where you're at). It was much faster than trying to take public transit with all of our luggage. 3 min walk to the London Overground - which has access to places like Abbey Road and Harry Potter Studio Tour. It's far from Zone 1 - roughly 30min ride. Food and convenience stores all within walking distance.

Above average middle class hotel, newly renovated with friendly staff

The hotel was in a nice and quiet neighborhood with several shops and restaurants nearby. My room was directly across from the elevator and it was quite quiet and I was comfortable in my room. Two downsides: The hotel does not offer washcloths. You have to bring your own or buy some at a shop. This was very inconvenient as I expected it to be one of the normal amenities provided by a hotel. Room service needs to update their menu. I ordered something for a movie night and was told I couldn't order because it's no longer available. One more thing, Virginia never emailed my invoice. There were several difficulties when checkout came. As of 1/17, I'm still waiting.

Desc people and especially manager were very helpful;

We stayed for a week. Tis hotel is not in central London but is near a tube stop (subway). That made it very pleasant. We had easy access to everything including Heathrow. However, we were out of the noise and "bustle" of London. It was quiet and pleasant. The staff is amazing. We fel like guests and not like customers. They did not have any vending or an ice machine. However, with convenient shops that was a very minor problem.

very clean ; wi-fi is very expencive ; bar is closing very early ; we did wiat for check in..

Was interested in a hotel that wouldn't be too far from the London Tube and therefore easy to get to both London's financial district and Heathrow. Chiswick Moran is a good place to stay for anyone on business. Staff and room was great.

Overall the hotel was comfortable, clean and in very close proximity to subway transportation. It was very easy to hop on the tube and visit all popular tourist sites. The restaurant in the hotel lobby was a bit overpriced but the food was good. I recommend walking down the road 10 minutes to a small downtown area with some cafes and small restaurants with cheaper good food. Most of the staff was helpful answering questions but not all. I would say the hotel is better suited for business travelers.

We arrived at the hotel by 8 am for a 6 night stay. We had to wait in the comfortable lobby about 20 minutes for our room to be prepared. The room was huge with a large bathroom. We have stayed in several hotels in London and this is by far the most comfortable one yet.

The hotel was much better than I was expecting, Clean, comfortable and good service. Everybody was professional and very polite. We enjoyed out stay in London.

Cost: High, especially since it's in the middle of no where. Location: It's relatively close to Heathrow but not served by airport shuttles. You're better off getting a more centrally located hotel served by high speed trains or airport shuttles. Public Transport: True it's close to Gunnesbury station, but trains are often late and the line is awfully slow. The station is dirty and very sketchy. Steep stairs to the platform, no lift, especially if you have luggage. There are buses at the front door, but it would take you ages to go anywhere from here by bus. Hotel: Come on, no free wifi, except in the lobby! Their website's claim of free wifi is basically not true, The daily cost internet access in your room is prohibitive. We did not eat at the hotel since the menu was quite pathetic. The choice of eating places around the hotel is not great either. Staff: Very helpful and pleasant. Bottom line: definitely not going back.

The hotel was great. The rooms had plenty of room and very clean and the staff was very attentive. The hotel was a little farther out from the main part of London, but the underground tube was only a 3 minute walk, Over all the hotel was better than we expected for hotels in Great Britain. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was great. Right off the tube at Gunnersbury, only a block and a half to the hotel. Less than a mile from shops and food. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice. You can get wireless access, but it is expensive. However there are many coffee shops withing walking distance with free wifi. The beds have firm mattresses, which I dont like, but that's a personal preference and the sheets were clean and all was bed bug free. Also, a very safe neighborhood. The restaurant was expensive, but the food was worth the cost. The lobby bar was also nice and the prices were comparable to the pubs in the neighborhood. All around i we recommend this hotel.

They made my first trip to Europe an awesome experience. I ordered room service twice and the stall could not have been kinder.

The hotel staff were excellent when we first registered. The room was beyond our expectations cause they were clean. I would love to stay on this hotel again on our next trip.

The hotel is very clean and well decorated. In a good area but not too much going on, but it is extremely close to the tube/ underground. The only downside is that they charge for wifi. If wifi is not an issue this hotel is excellent.

My fiance and I spent 5 nights at the Chiswick Moran and enjoyed our stay. Only gripe I had was the floor we had stayed on (6th floor) had a very bad smoke smell, but thankfully didn't creep into our room. Overall our stay was splendid and the morning staff was very helpful in explaining how to get around using the Tube and Night busses.

I was looking for a hotel close to the Reges business center and this hotel was only a five minute walk.
