Very nice, welcoming check in experience. I stayed in a room with a double bed and it was spacious. Never once did I have that cramped feeling. I used the gym several times and felt it had the necessary equipment. Location is a little bit out of way from the center,but the hotel is worth soending a few minutes on the underground. Very easy to find. The breakfast was a great experience and I felt it was worth the money. Overall I would consider Crown Plaza for my next trip to London.
Was a great change from the previous hotel I stayed at in Strand. Good location near the tube station, well maintained hotel with great staff and service and clean rooms.
Great location! 100 yds to the Tube Station and about 200 yds to the bus stop to go to Wembley. The staff was able to accomodate all our needs.
We were here to stay for the Men's football final - great location for Wembley. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

..my flight arrived early to Heathrow and as soon as i arrived at the Crowne the staff started working on getting me into a room as they said "you have had a long flight". Housekeeping staff very profesional...front desk very helpful, all i had to do was ask for a taxi, extra coffee etc. The meals were wonderful but would have liked to seen more English like foods. Also would have liked wash cloths or face cloths added to my linen...i never asked. The beds are unreal sooo comfy ..at first thought maybe a little too pricey but it was worth every penny in the end to have had such wonderful accomodations. This is twice have stayed at a Crowne Plaza, last time in Birmingham and it was as great there also...i travel alone alot and feel very secure staying at this great hotel. It is right next to the tube also so travel into central london to the shops and the sights was a breeze!!!!!!..love this place!!!
