Really quaint hotel on a quiet block close to the british museum and the tube. The bed was comfortable and the room had many teas to choose from which was a nice touch! I would definitely come back for a well priced, well maintained, centrally located hotel in London!

Everything was wonderful except for the free internet service, which was for only a thirty minute period, requiring additional sign-on. Great hotel, staff, and service!

The hotel had very nice rooms and staff. They had fresh fruit in the rooms which was nice and they also held our bags the next day for us while we walked around. Very close to 2 separate tube stations which made it very easy to get around. The only problem I had was that there was no wash cloths in the room, but I am unsure if they would have brought us some because we did not phone room service and ask.

The hotel is close to the Great Bratish Mesuem, the room was very neat, and it is totally worthy for the price.

The location is walking distance to museum and restaurants. The hotel is an old building and rooms are very small but I planned to stay at this hotel for the charm and I was satisfied. If you are looking for a big comfortable room or if you are a tall and big person avoid this hotel since the bathroom is very small for a large person.

Very helpful staff. Clean and pleasant room. Overhead fan didn't work but a desk fan was provided quickly.

I love Bloomsbury and it was complimented by a wonderful stay at The Grange. Accessible location, the staff were welcoming, cozy room, and great views around the hotel. Next door to the British museum and Russell Square. Convenient locations to multiple tube stations depending on your preference of the day. I did not get a chance to explore bar& restaurant but I am certain it was a nice addition to the property. Only disadvantage is the wifi charges.

We had a plesant experience. It was more than we had expected. Everyone was friendly, esp. the receptionist Serina, who was originally from Italy. She was very conversational, and helpful to us. We would stay again, and recommend to others. We thought it was going to be uncomfortable without an air-conditioning, but it wasn't. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms was cozy, and roomy for Europe.

Stayed at the adjacent White Hall in a very small room. It was well decorated and very clean but otherwise ordinary (no conveniences like a mini fridge or micro). It was a great place to stay, but I would be hesitant to say it was much more than a 3 star hotel (with room service) in a very good location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating .

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely boutique hotel in a great section. Super friendly staff.

Really good value but the room was quite warm. Staff was very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Grange Blooms. It's around the corner from the British Museum and close to Covent Garden. There's easy access to the Underground and it's located in the nice clean and comfortable neighborhood of Bloomsbury. The internet access is a bit of a rip-off so look for an internet cafe if you want to check email. Otherwise, it's the perfect place to stay.

This place was lovely, bright, and very convenient: right on the Piccadilly line Tube from Heathrow, around the corner from the British Museum, and walking distance from all the theatre and dining we wanted (from Soho to Piccadilly Circus). The international staff were always very cordial and helpful. We didn't try the dining facilities, but we made good use of the complimentary in-room coffee service, as well as the pour-your-own, bill-your-room "courtesy bar" in the main lobby -- a nice touch. I hate to say there were things I "didn't like". But as far as noise, though the corridors were always silent, I do admit being woken up by morning phonecalls taking place in the rooms above AND next door. And as far as cleanliness, everything always looked clean, but the toilet in particular was clearly not; I would have cleaned it better myself given the tools. (We checked in Tuesday morning and stayed a week; on the Saturday evening I came back and said, "Wow, they actually cleaned this time!", but even then it wasn't quite quite.) However, these were small details and on the whole it was a quite satisfactory stay with excellent value.

Plesant

The hotel staff was helpful and the location was great for access to the Tube (subway) and many places to eat. The down side was the continental breakfast was not included in the Orbitz price so we couldn't partake unless we paid 17 pounds each for the experience. No problem in that plenty of restaurants close by offered breakfast for less than half the price. Internet was available, but cost to use it, EVEN on their provided access in the lobby. Cheaper to use one of several internet cafes only a short walk away. NO AIRCONDITIONING meant the window had to be left open. The rooms (at least ours) backed up to an alley where trash was picked up late at night and early in the morning. Noisy water pipes and doors of adjoining rooms along with the trash pickup made sleeping a challenge. We will look elsewhere next trip, but if these things don't bother you, the experience will be a good one.

Located right behind The British Museum. Within 5 minute walking distance from Russell Square underground station. Staff are very friendly. The room is nice and clean. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Nice hotel, nice staff, reasonable price, good location.
