Nice place just a little too far from the center of everything walkable I’d rather stay in the center area enjoying some coffee in the morning and cake and different options for restaurants
There is a clear desire to make your stay pleasant. Staff is polite and responsive. Our suite was lovely and adequately equipped. Views of the Thames makes a lazy morning less of missing out and an opportunity to recharge. We will definitely consider this hotel on our next visit to London.

Given the area and price of the rooms, I feel like this hotel is a great value. The rooms were clean and spacious, and they were very modern. The staff provided fresh ice water and were very helpful with dinner suggestions in the area.
Really wonderful place with excellent amenities and convenient location. Staff was professional and friendly. AJ, who checked us in at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming and a valuable source of information. We had a beautiful river view and will definitely stay here again.

Great location, the staff were extremely helpful with all of my needs , clean facilities . I would highly recommend this location for others visiting London.
Property is at a fabulous location. Staff at check-in was slow. We had to move rooms because the refridgerator was broken. Second room had kitchenette as promised, but bathroom shower didn’t drain. Carpet in bedroom old and very worn. The fire alarm went off all three nights we were there at 11 pm waking the dead. Very stressful. However, the restaurant on site is amazing!
Modern look and feel.
This was perfect location. Restaurants within 3 blocks, boat pub across the street on river. Walking distance or shirt cab to walk on - bus if River tours and the London Eye. Great location and affordable
I loved everything single thing Park Plaza Riverbank hotel. The staffers are so professional, I never seen anything like this in my life. The Front desk or receptionist Manager Sarah is so so extraordinary, when it comes to customer service. I can even imagine a word to describe how magnificent Sarah is. Each and everyone knows what they are doing. They made loves Park Plaza Riverbank hotel, so much that I have to post it on my Facebook page. May God bless all the extraordinary staffers for their job well done.
The quality of this hotel only deserves 2 1/2 stars. Molded ceiling and a rusted mirror in the bathroom. No coffee machine in the room. It took them over an hour for them to send a broken Nespresso coffee machine. They sent two technicians to my room to fix that machine. Didn't work. Another technician came back and took the machine. Fixed it and brought it back in 15 mins. The concierge was not that helpful at all. I requested them to send me two bottles of water to my room while I passed by the concierge back from my meeting. I never got the water. My room is literally facing the next building. During my 3 days stay, I never opened the shades. I got sick the next day. I wanted to order room service but the choices of food were limited.
