Nice and clean , convenient and easy to access many places

The breakfast was very good. The gym wassufficient for our needs. The pool was nice. The location is close to many attractions.

Our room was not in good order when we opened it. There was a tea cup left in the room with a used tea bag and tea still in it. There was trash left in the trash can and on the counter. The bathroom was not clean. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they offered to send someone up to clean it instead of offering to switch our room. It was very late and we were very tired so we didn't feel like waiting for 30 minutes or so for them to find someone to come clean the room. There was no offer of refunding of part of our reservation. Then, the room was extremely hot all night. We tried everything to cool it off and nothing worked. We tried the AC, turning off everything, etc. In the morning I mentioned all of this to the lady at the front desk and all she was said was, "I'm sorry" and then tried to tell me that the heat issue was my problem for not being able to understand their system. Ha. She didn't even ask what room it was so she could check on it. Before I walked away I said, "would you like know what room it was?" Then she responded with, "oh yes" that would be great. I didn't get any sense from the desk the night before or from this lady that they cared at all about my bad experience. I spent over $200 on this room. I would expect this (maybe) from a much cheaper hotel, but not from a place like this. Disappointing.

An upscale hotel in a good neighborhood. Right across from the river and a "boat" restaurant/bar that is pretty cool. Walk out the door and to the right is a little grocery store... highly recommended. Hotel bar was hopping at night. A good place to be... out of the main rat race, but close enough to jump in whenever you desire.

The air conditioner didn’t work properly and the room was always hot. Hotel management said they took care of it they did not. Room service is allegedly 24 hours but when we called at 5 AM for room service no one answered the phone we had to go to the front desk to place the order. Although the management did give us kind consideration monetarily for the room service and the dining in the hotel, restaurant, when the manager listen to my complaints the day I was leaving and was very kind in responding, our stay was uncomfortable Due to the air conditioning issue and the inattentiveness of hotel operator when we called for room service and other necessities.

It was a very good experience for us staying at the hotel. Very warm, helpful & friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, clean & modern. Walking distance to the London eye & other attractions. Will definitely come back.

Everything was up to our expectations and was close enough to walk to several areas we wanted to visit.

Very very good hotel that is very high tech with surprising features in the rooms. Excellent location, close to many sites but far enough away for neighborhood walking and pub visits. From Thomas at the Guest Service Desk to Don at baggage check to Tony the Concierge to the breakfast staff and to the business center assistants all were professional, friendly, and accomodating of all our needs for the entire time were there. When we got back to London we will be staying at the Park Plaza Riverbank.

Hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful location on the South Embankment on the Thames River with view of Big Ben. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I would also like to mention the wonderful food both in the bar area and in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

I check it, went to my room, the sofa was terribly dirty and there was an open bottle of bear at the window. I went down straight away and ask for another room. It toke a wile than they gave me another room, I went upstairs and when I arrive at the room there was a wet towel on the floor! Than I change for the THIRD room, first time ever it happens.

This is a very good hotel, close to main point of views. But they have a problem with A/C system in the floors from 1 to 11. The heater didn't work, we were freezing in the room. To solve the problem bringing us a portable heater. We stayed a week and we were very pleased with the location.

I was really impressed with this hotel. The price was right, the location was right and the hotel is very modern. Probably the most modern hotel I have been in. I had a phenomenal stay here. Friendly staff and incredible accommodations

Perfect staying, good place in London. Chino Latino is very tasty.

This is a great hotel in a location convenient for many. It's in Vauxhall, a reasonable walk from the Tube. I had a large, comfortable room with a large, clean bathroom. Room came with typical amenities and great wifi service. It could get noisy at times, but was otherwise enjoyable. I'm a repeat visitor at this hotel and am looking forward to my next stay.

We were warmly welcomed, had a great room, the hotel staff was outstanding, as was the breakfast that came with the room. Two thumbs up.
