Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square

4.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Nice hotel very close to Trafalgar Square and a short walk to many tourist attractions/food. Would recommend this hotel. Price is a bit high but that is how London Hotels are.

Nice hotel, great location. The only downside is the small size of the rooms.

This is a very nice hotel in an even nicer area. The only negative I had was that if something broke (ice machine, internet, etc.), it tended to remain broken during our entire stay.

This hotel was very easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow. We loved the location within walking distance to the London Eye and Big Ben and also close to 2 tube stations to take us easily to all the sights. Great pub across the street Sherlock Holmes -food was excellent! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful-loved the free accessible cold water bottles!

Hotel staff friendly & professional. They allowed us an upgrade for a larger room (we were happy to pay the meager difference). Rooms were kept spotless by housekeeping. Clean, comfortable everything. Absolutely no complaints. Our stay here was fully excellent.

I make it a point to try to stay at this hotel every time I come to London. Ideal location, reasonable rates, friendly staff, comfortabel rooms, reliable wifi. I've never been disappointed here.

Staff on our early arrival was very helpful and room ready on time (3PM check-in but held our luggage so we could go eat and return. The hotel is located wihin 150m of Trafalgar but quiet and street is not crowded or full of stores/shops so pleasant. Store - restaraunts and sites all within 5 to 10 minute walks the square - Gallery of Arts or Strand and underground (Charring) and London School of Economics LSE.

Hotel staff was very helpful; steps from inexpensive restaurants; underground stops within a couple blocks. I would definitely stay there again. The room was small but fine for one person or a couple. My only complaint is that flights from the US arrive early in the a.m. and rooms aren't available until the afternoon. It was pouring and I was too tired to venture out.

Pro's - Central location, walking distance to major attractions(Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben/Parliament, London Eye...), excellent public transportation. Stayed there with 2 kids - a family suite was provided with 2 additional beds for kids and a kitchenette for almost the same price as a regular room. We booked on- line but called them same day to make sure kids would have their own beds - in London/Europe it is not taken for granted. Excellent water pressure and a hand held shower head - great for washing kids. The only Con - on 2 of 3 nights we had some very loud music playing somewhere down the street till about 12-12:30am. We were fine with it - the music was to our taste and kind of soothing after a busy day. Anyways all were very tired and fell asleep with no problem despite the loud sounds.

Great location and nice hotel. I would stay there again

Location! We were able to walk to most of the major attractions and and is near many pubs and restaurants. The staff was fantastic and the hotel was great. My only advice is to take a taxi to and from the airport (Heathrow). On arrival, we took a train to Paddington station and then a subway took us a couple blocks from the hotel. We then had to walk with our luggage along the streets to the hotel. The taxi costs about 70 pounds each way which is close to what we paid for the train/subway. The taxi was so much easier. We plan to go back and will stay at this hotel again. The people of London are so polite and friendly. It was a great experience.

We were not happy about the price we paid for the quality of the room.

Very pleased with the overall experience. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. We got room on one of the top floors. The room is of ok size by European standards, comfortable and well decorated. The weather was hot so we kept the AC running, it worked well and kept us cool at night. The bed was comfortable, although a bit small. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Perhaps my only complain is about noise from the street, but this can be a problem anywhere in central London. High marks overall, thank you!

A great hotel all around. Every need was taken care of.

Location was central. Having fridge and microwave in room helped and was a pleasant surprise

Everything esa great, the staff great, very helpfull

This was a perfect stay and the experience was amazing. I was wearing jeans and a tshirt and they treated me like I was a president of a country.

My husband and I visited London for the first time and were thrilled with this hotel! The location was ideal - close to restaurants, museums, shopping, the Underground, pubs, Buckingham Palace, busses, EVERYTHING we needed for our four-night stay. Our room was up to date, very thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed conveniently placed (outlets, mirrors, lighting, air conditioning, etc). Staff were efficient and friendly. We slept like babies. So glad we chose Club Quarters at Trafalgar Square!

tiny room, but clean, comfort. Perfect location for four. Consider of the money, I think it is one of the best option to stay in London.

The hotel is located in Trafalgar Square with a lot of restaurants close by. It's walking distance from a lot of attractions. The room was very clean and sound proof. They let us check in early and we really enjoyed our stay.
