Hotel is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and the Golden Jubilee Bridge is a very short distance. This can get you access to the Queens walk on the south bank of the Thames
Great location less than a block from Trafalgar Square. The room was fine, almost no view but good space. The "club room" downstairs had coffee and tea and the extra space was helpful.
What an amazing and beautiful property. Located central to everything. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was amazing. We would recommend and come back there again.

Great location for Trafalgar Square site seeing! Beautiful lobby and staff very friendly and willing to help. Room flooring creaked and small for 2 but for a short stay not overly concerning. Wish had been able to go to the restaurant on main floor as the food and pricing looked good but we were visiting family. Find your "bathroom" necessities (hair dryer etc) in the closet. Priced fairly for the amenities and service! Would return!
The hotel is charming and close to Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, St. James Park and the Jubilee pedestrian bridge. Most museums and historic sites are within walking distance or just a few tube stops away. The hotel has a wonderful "living room" for reading, drinking coffee or connecting to WI-FI. I'd definitely stay again.

Outstanding location both in proximity to landmarks but also a great tube stop at Embankment and easy access to Charing Cross and Waterloo for trips out of the city. Staff were friendly, Wi-Fi was free.
We loved everything about the property from the location - Amazing - to the restaurants around it and the friendly staff. The refillable water stations were perfect in this hot weather. The room was very spacious, our only issue was that it wasn’t very clean. There were large stains on the couch cushions and carpet. Worst of all was the actual dirt and debris around the room on the carpet.
